Selling online with an Elementor theme

The shop-type themes (fashion, jewellery, gifts, electronics, food shops…) show your products as catalogue pages built with Elementor: pictures, example prices and an Ask about this or reserve link that opens the form. Customers ask, reserve or visit; there is no cart.

Edit the catalogue

  • Each product is an Elementor block on a collection page: change the picture, name, price and link like any other text.
  • Prices in the demo are examples. Replace them, or remove them if you prefer to quote.
  • Point the enquiry links to your form page or to your own shop.

Adding WooCommerce

WooCommerce can be added: its shop, cart and checkout pages use the Hello Elementor page layout with your theme’s header, footer, fonts and colours. The rebuilt themes do not style the WooCommerce pages specially.

  1. Install and activate WooCommerce and follow its setup wizard.
  2. Add your products in Products → Add New.
  3. Link the theme’s catalogue or menu to the shop page, or replace the catalogue sections with WooCommerce’s product shortcodes in Elementor’s Shortcode widget.

Test the cart and checkout on a staging copy first, and check that payment, tax and delivery settings are right before you go live.
