- Sun plans: Each villa drawn from above with north at the top and the July sun path around it, the hours the sun is on the pool drawn in yellow, and the same facts written beside the plan.
- Villa pages: Villa rows with sleeps, bedrooms, pool and price a week, and a page for each villa with its sun plan, the house, the rates and an 'ask about this villa' panel.
- Weeks, rates and short breaks: A season rates table per villa per week, what is included and what costs extra, paying and cancelling, and a short breaks page for out of season.

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Villa options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Welcome, Villas, Included, Weeks and rates, How to book, Changeover day, Around the bay, Guest notes, Journal, Call to action. Used the old LT Villa onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Stay enquiry on the Ask about a week page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Villa (required), Arrival Saturday (required), How long (required), Guests (required), Good for us to know, Anything else. Email subject: “Stay enquiry from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. Marta or Leo will reply by email within a day with the weeks free in that villa and the price for your stay. Nothing is booked until you confirm.”

Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

- Use the sun plans only for the real villas: keep north at the top and the pool hours true, and change the facts rows beside a plan whenever you change the drawing.
- Keep noon sun for the sun path in the drawings and for marks on the dark band; never use it for text on light backgrounds.
- Do not add a booking or payment flow: the stay enquiry form or a phone call books a week, and the copy says nothing is booked until the guest confirms.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Villa
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Villa uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can guests book and pay online?
The theme does not include a booking engine or payments. Guests send a stay enquiry with the form or call you, and you confirm the week yourself. If you use a booking service or channel manager, its link can go in any button.
How do I make sun plans for my own villas?
The plans are SVG drawings in the theme's images folder. Replace one with your own drawing or a photo of a sketch (north at the top), and change the facts rows beside it: pool in sun, terrace, sunrise and sunset.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, The estate and Ask about a week pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the Villas and Weeks and rates pages and their sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Villa. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design for holiday villa rental, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
