LT Carenix is a theme for home care agencies that look after older people in their own homes, built with free Elementor: a home page that opens with a sample care week drawn as a weekly pill organiser (every visit in its compartment with its time and minutes), care plans from friendly visits to live-in care each shown as its own filled week with hours and example prices, what carers help with, a morning visit step by step, the carers, getting started, costs and funding, questions and guides for families. Free home assessments are requested with a ready form. A Hello Elementor child theme with bundled fonts, one-page mode and a mobile menu.

- A care week you can see: The home page opens with a sample client's week drawn as a weekly pill organiser: every visit in its compartment with its time and minutes, phone calls dashed, and the totals underneath.
- Every plan as its own week: Friendly visits, morning help, morning and bedtime, four visits a day and live-in care, each with its own small week, hours and example price.
- Visits explained in plain words: What carers help with and what they do not do, a morning visit step by step, and pages for morning, mealtime and bedtime visits.
- Carers, costs and getting started: Carer rows by area, how carers are trained, four steps to the first visit, hourly rates and the ways families pay.
- Large, legible type: BIZ UDPGothic, a universal-design typeface, at 19px for body text and high-contrast colours throughout, chosen for older readers and tired relatives. Switch to one-page mode for the home sections.
- Free Elementor and a ready request form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with an 'Ask for a free home assessment' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- About → Our carers, Work with us
- Care → Visiting care (Morning visits, Mealtime visits, Bedtime visits), Live-in care, Dementia care
- Get started → Costs and funding, The home assessment
- Guides
- Contact
Header button: Ask for a home assessment (link /contact/#request), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Carenix options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Carenix options and the menu scrolls to these sections: A care week, Care plans, How carers help, A morning visit, Carers, Getting started, Costs, Questions, Guides, Ask for a home assessment. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Carenix onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Ask for a free home assessment on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone, Who the care is for (required), Help that would make a difference, When care should start, Anything we should know, Consent (required). Email subject: “Home assessment request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. A care coordinator will call you, usually the same day or the next working day (sample), to arrange a time for the free home assessment.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesexample.com(555)HollybrookOrchard RowSpringfield
- Keep every box true: a filled lid is a real visit with its time and minutes, and the totals under the box add up to its lids.
- Do not promise health, safety or outcomes, or invent registrations, awards or reviews; carers do not do nursing tasks unless the agency really offers them.
- Keep marigold for marks on the dark bands; never use it for text on light backgrounds.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

AI kit (Pro Unlimited)
The AI kit’s AGENTS.md tells an assistant how LT Carenix is built. The CSS classes it relies on (keep them when you edit):
| CSS class | What it is |
|---|---|
lt-hero | home hero band (agency intro above the care-week box) |
lt-box | the care-week organiser: a grid of 8 columns (slot label + Mon to Sun) and 5 rows (day letters, then morning, lunch, teatime, bedtime) |
lt-box__day | a day letter cell in the top row of the box |
lt-box__slot | a time-of-day label at the start of each row (name and time window) |
lt-lid | one compartment; empty = no visit. Add lt-lid–on for a carer's visit (with lt-lid__time: start time and minutes) or lt-lid–call for a phone check-in call |
lt-box--mini | the small box on a care-plan row (7 columns x 4 rows of lt-lid, no labels); lt-box–livein tints the whole box for live-in care |
lt-box__total | the totals under a box; keep them equal to the sum of its lids |
lt-key | the legend under a box (filled, dashed, empty) |
lt-plan__price | the example price on a plan row (amount, then the period) |
lt-plan | one care-plan row: name and who it suits, the mini box, hours a week, example price |
lt-step | one step of a real sequence (a morning visit, getting started, the assessment) |
lt-person | one carer or office row: name and role, what they do, area or days |
lt-price | label/value row (rates, hours) |
lt-info | label and sentence row (how we work, funding) |
lt-desk | contact block (who, email, phone) |
lt-pagehead | inner page heading band |
lt-cta | closing dark band with the empty week |
lt-map | the street drawing around the office |
See AI kit for the prompts, the safe edit tool and the launch checker.
Questions about LT Carenix
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Carenix uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can I change the visits in the care-week box?
Yes. Each compartment is a normal Elementor container: give it the class lt-lid–on for a visit or lt-lid–call for a call, edit the time and minutes, and update the totals under the box.
Can families book care online?
The theme has a request form for a free home assessment, not a booking system: you call back to arrange a visit, which keeps planning in your hands. The form is made with the free WPForms Lite plugin.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About us and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, Care at home and Getting started with their sub-pages, sample guides, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Carenix. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design for home care, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Carenix also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Carenix Joomla docs.
