LT Dentist is a theme for dental practices, built with free Elementor: a home page that opens with a tooth chart (32 teeth, what is done in blue, what is planned in rose, and the plan of visits that follows), what happens at a check-up, treatments with the mark each one leaves on your chart, same-day help for toothache, example fees, the team, questions, tips and a find-us section. Appointments are requested with a ready form. A Hello Elementor child theme with bundled fonts, one-page mode and a mobile menu.

- A tooth chart as the hero: The home page opens with a sample dental chart: 32 numbered teeth drawn by type, work done in blue, work planned in rose, teeth to watch ringed, and the plan of visits that follows.
- Treatments with their chart marks: Every treatment row shows the mark it leaves on a chart, what it involves, how many visits it takes and an example price, with a page for each.
- Same-day emergencies: What to do now for toothache, a broken or knocked-out tooth, when to call 911, and a same-day line on every page that needs it.
- Check-ups, new patients and fees: A check-up step by step, the hygienist, a first visit for new patients, example fees, insurance and payment plans, and a find-us section with a street drawing.
- Free Elementor and a ready booking form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Request an appointment' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- About
- Treatments → Check-ups and hygiene, Repairing teeth (Fillings, Crowns, Root canal treatment), Replacing teeth, Dental emergencies
- New patients → Your first visit, Fees and payment
- Tips
- Contact
Header button: Book a check-up (link /contact/#request), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Dentist options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Dentist options and the menu scrolls to these sections: The chart, Check-up, Treatments, Emergencies, Fees, Team, Questions, Tips, Visit. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Dentist onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Request an appointment on the Book a visit page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone, What is the visit for (required), Have you been to us before, Times that suit you, Anything we should know, Consent (required). Email subject: “Appointment request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. Reception will call or email you within one working day to offer a time. If you are in pain today, please call (555) 014-2200.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesexample.com(555)Orchard LaneSpringfield
- Keep the chart honest: marks are always named in words (blue = done, rose = planned, dashed ring = watch, cross = no tooth), and tooth numbers stay 1 to 32.
- Do not promise results or painless treatment, and do not invent qualifications, awards or reviews; health copy stays neutral.
- Use charting blue only for work already done and for links on light backgrounds; planned work is always gum rose.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Dentist
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Dentist uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can patients book online?
The theme has an appointment request form, not a booking system: reception replies with a time. The form is made with the free WPForms Lite plugin.
Can I change the chart?
Yes. Each tooth is a small text widget with its number; the marks are CSS classes (done or planned, fill, crown, watch, cross), listed in the AI kit guide. The colours are global colours in Site Settings.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About the practice and Book a visit pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, Treatments and New patients with their sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Dentist. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Dentist also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Dentist Joomla docs.
