- A message house on the home page: The hero is your agency's own message house: the core message in the roof, your three services as pillars, the proof and the buttons in the foundation.
- Services with real numbers: Service rows say what you get, how long it takes and where the price starts, with a five-step campaign plan in its real order.
- Campaigns and a coverage log: Recent campaigns with the message each one started from, a coverage log by outlet type and a case study layout with a client's message house.
- A 24-hour issues line: A band for your out-of-hours number with the first hour of an issue set out step by step, and a crisis and issues page with retainer details.
- Free Elementor and a ready brief form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Brief the agency' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- Agency → Team, How we work
- Services → Media relations (Press releases, Press office, Media training), Crisis and issues, Content and channels
- Campaigns → Old Mill Food Hall
- Briefings
- Contact
Header button: Brief us (link /contact/#brief), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Comuser options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Comuser options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Message house, Services, Campaigns, Coverage, How a campaign runs, Client words, Issues line, Agency, Briefings, Brief us. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Comuser onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Brief the agency on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Organisation, What do you need? (required), When is the news?, The story in five lines (required), Anything sensitive?. Email subject: “New brief from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. A consultant reads every brief and replies within one working day. If it cannot wait, call the issues line.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesexample.com(555)Wrenfield CommunicationsKiln StreetSpringfieldSample client
- Draw the roof, pillars and foundation only for a message house; never on cards, prices or people.
- Keep signal coral for the eaves line and the issues-line dot; never for text, buttons or a highlighted word.
- Name outlets by type or mark them (sample); never invent coverage in real publications.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Questions about LT Comuser
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Comuser uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can I change the message house?
Yes. The roof, pillars and foundation are normal Elementor containers with headings and text: write your own core message, rename the pillars or use two or four of them.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
Does it work as a one-page site?
Yes. Turn on one-page mode in the Customizer and the menu scrolls to the home page sections; every edition includes it.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the Agency and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, services, campaigns and case study pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Comuser. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Comuser also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Comuser Joomla docs.
