  • Tonight's floor plan: The home page opens with the arena, bays and briefing room drawn to scale on a metre grid, with what is on and the next free start.
  • Experiences drawn to scale: Every experience shows the play space it needs and one dot per player, next to the length, age and price.
  • Session steps and prices: Check-in to replay clip in four steps, price rows with off-peak notes, and age and safety questions.
  • Parties and a VR studio: Birthday and team event packages, and a studio section for training simulations, walkthroughs and event installations.
  • Free Elementor and a ready booking form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a booking request form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):

  • Home
  • About → Safety and hygiene, Our crew
  • Experiences → Free-roam arena (Co-op escape, Team battle, Family adventure), VR bays and racing rig, Parties and groups
  • Studio → Training simulations, Event installations
  • Patch notes
  • Book and contact

Header button: Book a session (link /contact/#book), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Virtual options.

One-page mode (Pro)

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Virtual options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Tonight's floor, Experiences, Your session, Prices, Parties and groups, Studio, Safety questions, Patch notes, Find us. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.

Used the old LT Virtual onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Booking request on the Book and contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone (optional), What would you like to book? (required), Number of players (required), Preferred date and time (required), Youngest player's age, Anything we should know. Email subject: “Booking request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. We check the floor plan and reply by email with a time, usually within a few hours during opening times.”

See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.

Demo content to replace

Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

  • (sample)
  • Example prices
  • example.com
  • (555)
  • Roomscale
  • Foundry Road
  • Springfield
  • Keep the play-space drawings true to scale: one grid square is one metre and one dot is one player; do not resize a space without changing its size label.
  • Keep pulse orange for free-now and player marks on the dark floor panel; never use it for text on light backgrounds.

Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Photo guide

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Virtual

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. LT Virtual uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.

Can I change the floor plan to match my arcade?

Yes. The zones are normal Elementor containers with headings and text: rename them, change the sizes and times, or remove a bay. Keep the size labels true so the grid still means one metre.

Does it take online payments or live availability?

No. Visitors send a booking request with the WPForms Lite form or call the desk, and you confirm a time. Add a booking plugin if you want live slots.

Does it work as a one-page site?

Yes. Turn on one-page mode in the Customizer and the menu scrolls to the home page sections; every edition includes it.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Book and contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, Experiences, Studio and every sub-page, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.

I have the old LT Virtual. Is this an update?

It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.

Also for Joomla

LT Virtual also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Virtual Joomla docs.
