  • The seat map of your floor: The home page opens with the floor drawn from above in walking order: hot desks, fixed desks by number, studios, booths and meeting rooms, with what is taken and what is free next month.
  • Plans with access hours: Day pass, ten-day card, hot desk, fixed desk and private studio rows, each with its seat shape, who it suits, the hours it opens the door and the price.
  • Meeting rooms and events: Rooms by the hour with seats, kit and prices, an event space page and a members' events list.
  • Studios and desks pages: A desks page with the bench and desk zones of the map, and a private studios branch with a page per studio size.
  • Free Elementor and a trial-day form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Book a trial day or a tour' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):

  • Home
  • The building → Amenities, Community
  • Memberships → Day pass, Hot and fixed desks, Private studios (Studio for 2, Studio for 4, Studio for 6)
  • Meeting rooms → Event space
  • Notice board
  • Visit

Header button: Book a trial day (link /visit/#trial), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Bespace options.

One-page mode (Pro)

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Bespace options and the menu scrolls to these sections: The floor, Plans, What is included, Meeting rooms, Community, Members' notes, Questions, Notice board, Getting here, Call to action. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.

Used the old LT Bespace onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Book a trial day or a tour on the Visit page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), What are you looking for (required), How many people, Days that suit you for a trial, Company or project (optional), Anything we should know. Email subject: “Trial day or tour request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. The front desk replies by email within one working day with a date for your trial day or tour.”

See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.

Demo content to replace

Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

  • (sample)
  • Example prices
  • example.com
  • (555)
  • The Ropewalk
  • Ropewalk Lane
  • Springfield
  • Keep seat shapes tied to their plans (round hot desk, square fixed desk, box studio) and change fill only when a seat is taken or freed.
  • Use desk-tag orange only for the free-from ring on the seat map; never for text or buttons.
  • Keep zone names the same on the seat map, the plan rows and the room pages.

Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Photo guide

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Bespace

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. LT Bespace uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.

How do I show which desks are free?

Each seat on the map is a small piece of text with a class: change is-taken to is-soon or remove it when a desk frees up, in the Elementor text editor or with the AI kit's safe edit tool.

Can members book desks or rooms on the site?

The theme has no booking system. The buttons lead to the trial-day form or your phone number, and you can point them at your booking tool instead.

Will my site look like the demo?

Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free has the design, header and footer, the Building and Visit pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page with the seat map, the memberships, desks, studios and meeting room pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.

I have the old LT Bespace. Is this an update?

It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.

Also for Joomla

LT Bespace also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Bespace Joomla docs.
