- The responsibility matrix: The home page opens on a sample month-end close set as a matrix: who does the work, who signs it off, who is asked and who is told, either side of a handover line.
- Services with their split and fees: Each service is one row of the same matrix, with what it covers, a fixed fee and its own page.
- Engagement steps and service levels: Five engagement steps from the scoping call to the yearly review, a 90-day transition matrix and a table of service levels with where each is reported.
- Pages for every service and industry: Finance operations, HR and payroll, compliance with its yearly calendar, and industry pages for manufacturing, distribution and technology firms.
- Free Elementor and a ready proposal form: Every page uses free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a proposal request form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- Services → Finance operations, HR and payroll, Compliance and risk, Industries (Manufacturing, Distribution and logistics, Technology firms)
- The firm → How engagements work, Partners
- Briefings
- Contact
Header button: Request a proposal (link /contact/#request), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Pro Business options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Pro Business options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Who does what, Services, What stays with you, How an engagement runs, Service levels, Industries, Fees, Before the proposal, Briefings, Our office. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Pro Business onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Request a proposal on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Work email (required), Company and your role (required), Phone, Number of employees, Services you are considering, When you would like to start, What you would like to hand over. Email subject: “Proposal request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. A partner will reply within two working days to arrange a scoping call.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesExample targetsexample.com(555)Halden RoweSpringfieldsample terms
- Keep the matrix honest: each activity row has four cells in role order and exactly one A (signs it off); use only the letters R, A, C and I, and keep the key with the matrix.
- Use teal only for the handover line and focus marks; never as text or as a button colour.
- Do not present sample clients, service levels or fees as real, do not invent certifications, and do not promise savings or results.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

AI kit (Pro Unlimited)
The AI kit’s AGENTS.md tells an assistant how LT Pro Business is built. The CSS classes it relies on (keep them when you edit):

|---|---|
lt-hero | home hero band (headline + the sample matrix) |
lt-matrix | a responsibility matrix on a contract sheet: title row, role heads, activity rows, key |
lt-roles | the column heads: two sides (your company, the firm) and four roles, with the handover line |
lt-act | one activity row of a matrix: name and note, then its cells |
lt-cells | four cells in role order (your lead, your team, our lead, our team); each span lt-cell is-r|is-a|is-c|is-i |
lt-service | one service row (name, scope and link, its cells, fee from) |
lt-scope | the two lists either side of the handover line: what stays with you, what we take on |
lt-step | one engagement step (a real sequence, numbered 1 to 5) |
lt-level | one service level row (activity, target, how it is reported) |
lt-industry | one industry row (photo, text, usual first services) |

Questions about LT Pro Business
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Pro Business uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
How do I change the letters in the matrix?
Each row's cells are one text block: four spans with the classes lt-cell is-r, is-a, is-c or is-i, in the order your lead, your team, our lead, our team. Change the letter and its class together. The AI kit's safe edit tool can make these changes for you.
Is it only for outsourcing firms?
It suits any B2B professional services company that works alongside its clients' teams: accounting and payroll bureaus, HR consultancies, compliance advisers, IT service providers and agencies. Services, industries and fees are normal Elementor rows you edit.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, The firm and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the Services pages with their sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Pro Business. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Pro Business also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Pro Business Joomla docs.
