Home page sections

The home page sections, in order, with the name they have in Elementor’s Navigator and their CSS ID (the anchor used by one-page mode and by links such as /#fade).

  • The house fade, guard by guard: The home page opens with a fade drawn as guard bands from skin at the nape to scissors on top, each with its number and length in millimetres.
  • Prices with the guards they use: Every cut, beard and shave in hairline rows with the guards it uses, the minutes in the chair and the price.
  • Guard numbers explained: A scale from No. 0 to No. 8 in millimetres, and a Skin fade page that shows a low, mid and high fade side by side.
  • Walk-ins, barbers and opening hours: Who is on which chair, which chairs take walk-ins, the barbers and their days, house rules and opening hours with a map.
  • Free Elementor and a ready chair request form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a chair request form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):

  • Home
  • The shop → The barbers, Clean tools
  • Cuts and shaves → Haircuts (Skin fade, Scissor cut, Buzz cut), Beards and shaves, Kids' cuts, Guard numbers
  • Grooming notes
  • Book a chair → Gift cards

Header button: Book a chair (link /book/#request), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Perook options.

One-page mode (Pro)

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Perook options and the menu scrolls to these sections: The house fade, Chairs on Saturday, Prices, Guard numbers, Hot-towel shave, The barbers, The shop, Grooming notes, Visit the shop. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.

Used the old LT Perook onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Chair request on the Book a chair page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Mobile for the confirmation text (optional), What are you booking? (required), Barber, Preferred day and time (required), Been to us before?, Anything we should know. Email subject: “Chair request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thanks. We will text or email to confirm your chair, usually the same day.”

See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.

Demo content to replace

Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

  • (sample)
  • Example prices
  • example.com
  • (555)
  • Corbett Street Barbers
  • Corbett Street
  • Springfield
  • Keep the ladder honest: a band's guard number, its millimetres and its `lt-band–` class must match; the blue fade line sits where the skin stops.
  • Guard chips list only the guards a cut really uses (0 to 8, S for scissors, R for razor); do not number services or barbers.
  • Use jar blue bright only for marks on dark bands, never for text on light backgrounds.

Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Photo guide

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Perook

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. LT Perook uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.

Can customers book online?

The theme has a chair request form (WPForms Lite): the customer asks for a cut, a barber and a time, and you confirm by text or email. It does not take payments or block times in a calendar.

Can I change the fade in the hero?

Yes. Each band is a normal Elementor heading and text: change the guard number and the millimetres, or move the fade line to another band with one CSS class.

Will my site look like the demo?

Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free has the design, header and footer, The shop and Book a chair pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the price list and sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.

I have the old LT Perook. Is this an update?

It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.

Also for Joomla

LT Perook also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Perook Joomla docs.
