Each theme comes with a ready form for its business (a booking request, a quote, a trial lesson…), made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. WPForms Lite is recommended, not required.

Add the form

  1. Install and activate WPForms Lite (Plugins → Add New Plugin, or the button in the theme’s notice).
  2. Run the demo import (or run it again): it creates the form and puts it on the theme’s form page, usually Contact.

Without WPForms the import leaves the form section out and the page shows your email and phone instead.

Where messages go

Form emails go to the site’s admin email (Settings → General → Administration Email Address). In WPForms → All Forms → Edit → Settings → Notifications you can send them to another address and change the subject. WPForms Lite does not store entries; make sure your site can send email (an SMTP plugin helps).

Change the fields

Open WPForms → All Forms, edit the form and drag fields in or out. The confirmation message is under Settings → Confirmations. Each theme’s docs list the fields of its form.

Use another form plugin

Any form plugin with a shortcode works: in Elementor, delete the shortcode in the form section and paste your plugin’s shortcode into the same Shortcode widget.
