LT Shop is a theme for independent clothing boutiques, built with free Elementor: a hero that shows this week's piece as a measured flat (a line drawing with lettered dimensions and a size table in centimetres), new arrivals and collection pages for dresses and skirts, knitwear, trousers and shirts, and coats, with example prices and an 'Ask about this' link on every piece, the makers you stock, styling appointments, hems and alterations, a how-we-measure guide, opening hours and an 'Ask about a piece' form. A Hello Elementor child theme with bundled fonts, one-page mode and a mobile menu.

Home page sections

The home page sections, in order, with the name they have in Elementor’s Navigator and their CSS ID (the anchor used by one-page mode and by links such as /#flat).

  • Every piece measured flat: The home page opens with this week's piece as a line drawing with lettered dimension lines and a size table in centimetres, so customers can compare it with clothes they own.
  • Collections without a checkout: Product rows for dresses and skirts, knitwear, trousers and shirts, and coats, with a flat sketch, the maker, the fabric, sizes, example prices and an 'Ask about this' link.
  • Makers and small runs: A makers band that says who made what and how many pieces are in a run, a 'Last of the run' list and a page for maker visits.
  • Styling and alterations: A styling appointment page with the steps of a visit, alteration prices, fit questions and a how-we-measure guide.
  • Free Elementor and a ready form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with an 'Ask about a piece' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):

  • Home
  • Collections → Dresses and skirts (Shirt dresses, Slip dresses, Midi skirts), Knitwear, Trousers and shirts, Coats and jackets
  • Styling and fit → How we measure, Hems and alterations
  • The shop → Our makers
  • Rail notes
  • Visit

Header button: Ask about a piece (link /visit/#ask), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Shop options.

One-page mode (Pro)

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Shop options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Measured flat, New on the rails, Collections, Makers, Styling appointments, How we measure, Last of the run, Rail notes, Visit. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.

Used the old LT Shop onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Change them in Elementor Site Settings → Global Colors and Global Fonts; the whole site follows.

Form

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Ask about a piece on the Visit page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone (optional), What would you like? (required), Which piece?, Measurements to compare (optional), How should we reply?, Anything else we should know. Email subject: “Question about a piece from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. Someone at the counter replies by email or phone within one working day.”

See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.

Demo content to replace

Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

  • (sample)
  • Example prices
  • example.com
  • (555)
  • Wren Row
  • Springfield
  • Keep chalk blue for measurements: dimension letters and values in centimetres that match the drawing. Never use it for decoration, sales or headlines.
  • When you change a piece, change its drawing, letters and table together; do not show measurements that were not taken from the piece.
  • No brand names, star ratings or reviews presented as real; there is no online checkout, so buttons go to the form or the phone.

Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Photo guide

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Selling online

LT Shop shows products as catalogue pages with example prices and enquiry links; there is no cart. See Selling online for adding WooCommerce.

AI kit (Pro Unlimited)

Questions about LT Shop

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. LT Shop uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.

Can customers buy online?

Not with this theme alone: it is a catalogue with prices and an 'Ask about this' link on every piece, which opens the question form. Customers ask, reserve or come into the shop.

How do I change the measured flat?

The table is normal Elementor text: change the numbers in the editor. The drawings are SVG files in the theme; the theme includes a shirt dress, a slip dress, a midi skirt and wide-leg trousers.

Will my site look like the demo?

Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free has the design, header and footer, The shop and Visit pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the collection, styling and maker pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.

I have the old LT Shop. Is this an update?

It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.

Also for Joomla

LT Shop also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Shop Joomla docs.
