- Sign in at ltheme.com/account to see your licences, download your files and find your orders.
- Bought as a guest? Add the licence key from your order email to your account with Add a licence key.
- Free downloads ask for your email address; the download starts at once.
Your licence key
- The key comes in your order email and is shown in your account.
- Each licence is for one product. Pro Standard is for one website; Pro Unlimited for as many websites as you like.
- Never paste your full key into a chat, a forum post or a ticket subject.

With an active key, a new theme version appears in Dashboard → Updates like any other update. Without a key, or after the year of updates ends, the product keeps working; only new versions need an active licence.
Renewals
Pro Standard includes one year of downloads, updates and ticket support and renews yearly through PayPro Global. To stop the renewal, use the link in your PayPro Global emails or open a ticket. If you do not renew, your site keeps working; downloads, updates and support pause until you renew from your account.
Upgrade to Pro Unlimited
Already on Pro Standard? You can upgrade to Pro Unlimited from your account. Your licence key stays the same.
Payments and invoices
- Checkout is handled by PayPro Global (cards, PayPal and local payment methods).
- Prices are in US dollars; any VAT or sales tax that applies is shown at checkout.
- PayPro Global emails the invoice to your order email; your orders are listed in your account.
Refunds
If a Pro product has a problem we cannot fix, open a ticket within 30 days of your order and we refund it in full.
Lost key or password
Reset your password from the sign-in page, or open a ticket with the email address you used to order.
