- The street plat: The home page opens with one block drawn as a plat: lots to scale by frontage, house numbers in circles and the homes for sale flagged with price and facts.
- Listings with the facts buyers ask for: Listing rows with photo, asking price, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area and lot size, and a listing page with room sizes and a lot plan.
- Open houses and neighbourhoods: Open-house rows for the weekend and a page for each neighbourhood with typical prices, travel and schools.
- Selling, step by step: A week-by-week selling timeline, the fees in plain rows and a plat of recent sales on one street for sellers.
- Free Elementor and a ready request form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a viewing and valuation request form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

Used the old LT Real Estate onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Viewing or valuation request on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone, I would like to (required), Address of the home, Best time to reach you, I am also, Anything else. Email subject: “Viewing or valuation request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. An agent will call or email you to confirm a time, usually within one working day.”

Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

- Keep lot widths proportional to their frontage: the grid columns of `lt-lots` are the frontages in feet, the same numbers as the `lt-lot__front` labels.
- Use the pink flag only for lots that are really for sale, and pink only for flags and the open-house dot, never for text.
- Circled numbers are house numbers; do not use them to number sections or lists.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Real Estate
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Real Estate uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Does it include a property search or an MLS feed?
No. Listings are normal Elementor sections that you edit when a home comes on or off the market. Buyers book viewings through the request form or by phone. If you need an IDX or MLS feed, add a listings plugin of your choice.
How do I mark a home as sold on the plat?
Edit the lot in Elementor: change its class from lt-lot–sale to lt-lot–sold and change the texts. The AI kit's safe edit tool can do it from a plain instruction.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the homes for sale, selling and neighbourhood pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Real Estate. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
