LT Architecture is a theme for residential architects and home builders that design a house and then build it, made for Elementor (free): a hero drawn as one house going up in eight stages with weeks and progress payments, homes on site shown at the stage they have reached, what the firm builds with prices per square metre, what the fixed price includes, the team and the stages each person leads, building checks, a site diary and a build enquiry form. - A hero that builds the house: The home page opens with one house drawn eight times, from an empty block to the keys, with the weeks and the progress payment of every stage.
- Projects at their stage: Every home shows the drawing of the stage it has reached, the week it is in, and its place, size and build time; plus a board of homes on site this month.
- What you build, and what it costs: Single storey, two storey, sloping blocks, extensions and knockdown rebuilds with example prices per m², build times and what the fixed price covers.
- Team, checks and stages: The team with the stages each person leads, the checks that end every stage, and a page of stages and payments.
- Free Elementor and a build enquiry form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a build enquiry form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- About → Team, How we check the work
- Homes → New homes (Single storey, Two storey, Sloping blocks), Extensions, Knockdown and rebuild, Stages and payments
- Projects → On site now, Completed homes
- Site diary
- Contact
Header button: Book a site visit (link /contact/#enquiry), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Architecture options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Architecture options and the menu scrolls to these sections: House going up, What we build, Projects, Fixed price, Team, Questions, Site diary, Site visit. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Architecture onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Build enquiry on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone (optional), What you want to build (required), Your land, Address or suburb of the block, Rough budget for the build, Tell us about the home. Email subject: “Build enquiry from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. A designer will call you within two working days to book a free site visit.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesexample.com(555)Hollowbrook HomesMason RowSpringfieldFenwick RoadRidge Lane
- Use pine (the accent) only for what is new at a stage in the drawings and for marks on dark bands; never for text on a light ground.
- Keep the eight stages in order and use the same stage names and numbers everywhere (hero strip, projects, payments, team).
- Number only the stages; do not number projects, services or sections.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

lt-strip | the stage strip: eight lt-step columns on one ground line (a real sequence, stage 1 to 8) |
lt-step | one stage in the strip: drawing (lt-step__drawing), lt-step__no, lt-step__name, lt-step__weeks, lt-step__pay |
lt-stage-mark | a project's current stage: the stage drawing (lt-stage-mark__drawing) with lt-stage-mark__label and lt-stage-mark__week |
lt-project | a project card: photo, name, current stage, facts (lt-rows) |
lt-type | one row of what the firm builds (name, what it is, price per m² and build time) |
lt-stage | one row of the stages and payments table (number, drawing, what happens, check, payment) |
lt-feature | one project told at length (photo, stage, facts, story) |
lt-person | a team member with the stage numbers they lead (lt-person__stages) |

lt-pagehead | inner page heading band |
lt-desk | contact desk block |
lt-ticks--no | list of things not included (minus marks instead of ticks) |

Questions about LT Architecture
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Architecture uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can I change the stages and the payments?
Yes. Stage names, weeks and payments are normal Elementor text, and each drawing is an Image widget you can swap for your own. Keep the same names on the projects and the payments page.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
Does it work as a one-page site?
Yes. Turn on one-page mode in the Customizer and the menu scrolls to the home page sections; every edition includes it.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the Homes and Projects pages with their sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Architecture. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Architecture also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Architecture Joomla docs.
