Home page sections

The home page sections, in order, with the name they have in Elementor’s Navigator and their CSS ID (the anchor used by one-page mode and by links such as /#passbook).

  • The passbook hero: The home page opens on an open savings passbook: the account on the left page, a year of printed lines with the running balance on the right, the newest line ticked.
  • Accounts with their first line: Each account shows what it costs to open and each month as its first passbook line, with its own page for checking, passbook savings and young savers.
  • Fees printed in full: The fee schedule is set as a passbook page on the dark cover band, with a Fees page and plain answers about when fees are taken.
  • Branches, lending and safety: Branch hours and a street map, local loans with the lending small print, and a clear list of what the bank will never ask for.
  • Free Elementor and a ready appointment form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Book a branch appointment' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):

  • Home
  • Banking → Personal accounts (Checking, Passbook savings, Young savers), Business banking, Loans, Fees
  • About → In the community, Security and fraud
  • Branch notes
  • Branches

Header button: Book an appointment (link /contact/#appointment), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Bank options.

One-page mode (Pro)

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Bank options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Welcome, Opening hours, Accounts, Lending, Fees, Community, Branches, Safety, Branch notes, Call to action. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.

Used the old LT Bank onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Book a branch appointment on the Branches and contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone, Branch (required), What it is about (required), Best time, Do you bank with us already?, Anything we should know. Email subject: “Branch appointment request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. Your branch will call or email you within one working day to agree a time. Please do not send account numbers by email.”

See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.

Demo content to replace

Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

  • (sample)
  • Example prices
  • example.com
  • (555)
  • Wrenfield Community Bank
  • Wrenfield
  • Springfield
  • R. Alvarez
  • Never print interest rates, approval odds or promises such as 'guaranteed' or 'instant approval' in the passbook or anywhere else; keep the lending small print wherever loans are described.
  • Use stamp red only for the tick on the newest passbook line; never as text. Keep Doto for printed passbook lines only.
  • Keep the passbook columns (Date, Details, Out, In, Balance) and make each balance follow from the line above; sample people and figures stay marked until replaced.

Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Photo guide

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Bank

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. LT Bank uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.

Can I change the passbook lines?

Yes. The passbook is a table in a Text Editor widget: edit the dates, details and amounts, and keep each balance equal to the line above plus money in, minus money out. The AI kit's safe edit tool can do it for you.

Does the theme show interest rates?

No, on purpose. It shows fees, opening amounts and hours, and points to the rate sheet at the counter. Add rates only in the form your regulator allows, and keep them up to date.

Will my site look like the demo?

Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Branches and contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the Banking pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.

I have the old LT Bank. Is this an update?

It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.

Also for Joomla

LT Bank also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Bank Joomla docs.
