LT Arch is a theme for small architecture practices, built for Elementor (free): a hero set as a drawing sheet with a floor plan and its title block, projects with their own title blocks (place, type, floor area, status, job number), what the practice designs, the six work stages with time and fee share, the studio and its people, fees, planning questions, a journal and a project enquiry form. - A hero drawn as a drawing sheet: The home page opens with a floor plan and its title block: headline, project, scale, status, who drew and checked it, and a revision table.
- Projects with title blocks: Every project photo sits on a small title block with place, type, floor area, status and job number, plus a board of current jobs by stage.
- Work stages and fees: Six work stages with time, what the client gets and the fee share, a fees list with example prices and a first site visit offer.
- Studio and people: The studio story, people with their drawing initials, how the practice works and a page on building lighter.
- Free Elementor and a project enquiry form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a project enquiry form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- Studio → People, Building lighter
- Projects → Homes (New houses, Extensions, Conversions), Schools and public buildings
- Services → Work stages, Fees
- Journal
- Contact
Header button: Book a site visit (link /contact/#enquiry), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Arch options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Arch options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Drawing sheet, Projects, What we design, Work stages, Studio, Fees, Questions, Journal, Site visit. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Arch onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Project enquiry on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone (optional), Type of project (required), Site address or town, Where you are now, Rough build budget, Tell us about the project. Email subject: “Project enquiry from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. An architect will reply within three working days to arrange a first site visit.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesexample.com(555)Northlight ArchitectsFoundry YardAlder StreetSpringfield
- Use the red triangle and the redline colour only for the current revision and the on-site status, never for text or decoration.
- Keep title-block fields factual (place, type, floor area, status, job number); do not number projects or sections.
- The initials in the hero's Drawn and Checked fields are people on the People page; change both together.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

AI kit (Pro Unlimited)
The AI kit’s AGENTS.md tells an assistant how LT Arch is built. The CSS classes it relies on (keep them when you edit):
| CSS class | What it is |
|---|---|
lt-hero | home hero band that holds the drawing sheet |
lt-sheet | the drawing sheet: lt-sheet__drawing (the plan), lt-sheet__notes (headline, lead, buttons) and lt-sheet__data (title block) |
lt-plan | the floor plan drawing inside the sheet (Image widget, theme asset) |
lt-fields | grid of title-block fields; each lt-field holds lt-field__label and lt-field__value; lt-field–wide spans the row |
lt-revs | revision table rows (lt-rev, with lt-rev__letter); the latest revision row has is-current (red triangle) |
lt-project | a project: photo over its title block (lt-fields) |
lt-status | status value in a title block; lt-status–site adds the red on-site dot |
lt-service | one row of what the practice designs |
lt-stage | one work stage row (a real sequence: number, what happens, weeks, what you get, fee share) |
lt-feature | one project told at length (photo, text, title block) |
lt-person | a person with their drawing initials (lt-person__initials) |
lt-price | fee or fact row (label + value), inside lt-rows |
lt-pagehead | inner page heading band |
lt-desk | contact desk block |
See AI kit for the prompts, the safe edit tool and the launch checker.
Questions about LT Arch
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Arch uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can I put my own floor plan in the hero?
Yes. The plan is a normal Elementor Image widget: upload your own drawing (SVG or PNG on a light background) and edit the title-block texts beside it.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
Does it work as a one-page site?
Yes. Turn on one-page mode in the Customizer and the menu scrolls to the home page sections; every edition includes it.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the Studio and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the Projects and Services pages with their sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Arch. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Arch also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Arch Joomla docs.
