Home page sections

The home page sections, in order, with the name they have in Elementor’s Navigator and their CSS ID (the anchor used by one-page mode and by links such as /#work).

  • A route card hero: The home page opens with a batch on its way through the shop: operations in tens, stamps on the finished ops and the one running now.
  • Capabilities with figures: Work centres as rows with their work envelope, tolerance and capacity, plus a machine list and the materials you cut.
  • How an order runs: Drawing review, quotation, first article, production, inspection and dispatch, set as a route card with typical times.
  • Pages for each process: CNC machining with milling, turning and grinding pages, sheet metal and fabrication, finishing and assembly, quality and careers.
  • Free Elementor and a quote form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Request a quote' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):

  • Home
  • Capabilities → CNC machining (CNC milling, CNC turning, Grinding), Sheet metal and fabrication, Finishing and assembly
  • Industries
  • Company → Quality and inspection, Careers
  • Engineering notes
  • Contact

Header button: Request a quote (link /contact/#quote), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Industrial options.

One-page mode (Pro)

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Industrial options and the menu scrolls to these sections: On the shop floor, Capabilities, Materials, How an order runs, Industries, Quality, Lead times, Apprenticeships and jobs, Engineering notes, Visit and deliveries. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.

Used the old LT Industrial onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Change them in Elementor Site Settings → Global Colors and Global Fonts; the whole site follows.

Form

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Request a quote on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Work email (required), Company, Part number and revision, What does the part need? (required), Material, Quantity (required), Drawing notes and delivery date. Email subject: “Quote request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. An estimator will reply by email within two working days, and ask for the drawing files if we need them.”

See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.

Demo content to replace

Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

  • (sample)
  • Example prices
  • example.com
  • (555)
  • Foundry Road Engineering
  • Foundry Road
  • Springfield
  • 24-1187
  • HM-2210
  • Use op numbers (10, 20, 30) only for real sequences of work on a route card; never as section numbers or on lists.
  • Keep passed green for stamps and the current-op mark on dark bands; never for text on light backgrounds.
  • Do not add certifications, tolerances or delivery promises the company cannot show on paper.

Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Photo guide

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Industrial

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. LT Industrial uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.

Can customers upload drawings with the quote form?

The free WPForms Lite form collects the part details and an email address; your estimator replies with a link or address for the drawing files. If you add a file-upload form plugin later, put it in the same place.

Can I change the route card in the hero?

Yes. Each op is a normal Elementor row: edit the op number, work centre and status texts in Elementor, or ask an AI assistant to do it with the AI kit's safe edit tool.

Will my site look like the demo?

Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free has the design, header and footer, the Company and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the capability, industry, quality and careers pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.

I have the old LT Industrial. Is this an update?

It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.

Also for Joomla

LT Industrial also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Industrial Joomla docs.
