LT eService is a theme for a SaaS product or online service, built for Elementor (free): a home page that opens with a status board, every part of the service on one row with its last 90 days drawn as daily uptime bars, then how a week runs with the service, who it is for, moving from paper, plans with prices per month, how customer data is kept, questions, guides and a free-trial call to action. Pages for the product and each module (with a three-level branch for the staff app on iPhone, Android and the browser), pricing, the company, the service status with an incident log, security and data, and a contact page with a trial set-up form. A Hello Elementor child theme with bundled fonts, one-page mode and a mobile menu.

Home page sections

The home page sections, in order, with the name they have in Elementor’s Navigator and their CSS ID (the anchor used by one-page mode and by links such as /#today).

  • A status board as the hero: The home page opens with every part of your service on one row, its last 90 days as daily uptime bars, the uptime figure and the days in words.
  • Product and module pages: A product page with each part of the service, and module pages that open with that module's own uptime row; a three-level branch for apps on iPhone, Android and the web.
  • Plans without the card kit: Plan rows with who each plan suits, the support you get and the price per month, plus what every plan includes and billing questions.
  • Service status and security: A status page with the board, an incident log and planned maintenance, and a security page with how customer data is kept.
  • Free Elementor and a ready trial form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Free trial set-up' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):

  • Home
  • Product → Rota planner, Staff app (On iPhone and iPad, On Android, In a browser), Time clock
  • Pricing → Moving from paper
  • Company → Service status, Security and data
  • Guides
  • Contact

Header button: Start a free trial (link /contact/#trial), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT eService options.

One-page mode (Pro)

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT eService options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Today, How a week runs, Who it is for, From paper, Plans, Your data, Questions, Guides, Call to action. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.

Used the old LT eService onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Free trial set-up on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Work email (required), Business name (required), Kind of business (required), People on the rota (required), How you plan the rota now, What you want to try, Anything we should know. Email subject: “Free trial set-up request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. Someone from the support desk will email you within one working day to set up your trial and your first week's rota.”

See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.

Demo content to replace

Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

  • (sample)
  • Example prices
  • example.com
  • (555)
  • Rotaline
  • Harbour Row
  • Springfield
  • Keep 90 bars per row, oldest on the left; change a bar's class only to record what really happened that day, and update the row's words and figure with it.
  • Use slow ochre and incident red only for bars and their key; never for text, buttons or decoration.
  • Do not use uptime rows as dividers, progress bars or charts of anything else.

Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Photo guide

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT eService

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. LT eService uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.

Are the uptime bars live?

No. They are normal Elementor text with one small bar per day, so you can show your own figures by editing them, or ask an AI assistant to do it with the AI kit's safe edit tool. For live status, link to your monitoring service's own page.

Can I use it for a service that is not about rotas?

Yes. The demo is a sample rota service, but the rows, plans, product and status pages fit any online service sold by the month: rename the parts and rewrite the texts.

Will my site look like the demo?

Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free has the design, header and footer, the Company and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the product, pricing, status and security pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.

I have the old LT eService. Is this an update?

It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.

Also for Joomla

LT eService also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT eService Joomla docs.
