Home page sections
The home page sections, in order, with the name they have in Elementor’s Navigator and their CSS ID (the anchor used by one-page mode and by links such as /#scale).
| Section (Navigator name) | CSS ID |
|---|---|
| Risk scale | #scale |
| Who we work for | #clients |
| Your risk level | #process |
| Inside a portfolio | #inside |
| Fees | #fees |
| What you receive | #reports |
| Team | #team |

- The risk scale: The home page opens on seven risk levels from 1 to 7, each filled with its portfolio's mix of shares, bonds and cash, so visitors see why risk rises.
- Portfolios and factsheets: Every portfolio row carries a small risk scale and a mix strip; three model portfolios have short factsheet pages.
- How risk is set: Four steps from questionnaire to yearly review, and the questionnaire score bands placed on the same scale.
- Plain fees and reporting: Tiered fee rows with a worked example, what the fee includes, and what clients receive each quarter.
- Free Elementor and a ready meeting form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Book an introductory meeting' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- Portfolios → Model portfolios (Cautious, Balanced, Growth), Your risk level, Retirement savings, Charities and trusts, Fees
- About → How we invest, Our team
- Market notes
- Contact
Header button: Book a meeting (link /contact/#book), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Finex options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Finex options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Risk scale, Who we work for, Your risk level, Inside a portfolio, Fees, What you receive, Team, Market notes, Visit us. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Finex onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Book an introductory meeting on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone, Roughly how much you would like to invest (required), What the money is for, How you would like to meet, Anything we should know before we meet. Email subject: “Introductory meeting request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. A portfolio manager will call or email you within two working days to agree a time.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesexample.com(555)Alder RowSpringfield
- Keep the scale at seven boxes numbered 1 to 7, with at most one portfolio per box; mixes use lt-eq-N and lt-bd-N in steps of 5 that add up to 100 or less.
- Use lilac only to mark a portfolio's box and focus on dark; never as text on light backgrounds.
- Do not show past returns, forecasts or promises, and keep the risk warning wherever investing is described; sample people and figures stay marked until replaced.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

AI kit (Pro Unlimited)
The AI kit’s AGENTS.md tells an assistant how LT Finex is built. The CSS classes it relies on (keep them when you edit):
| CSS class | What it is |
|---|---|
lt-hero | home hero band (headline + the risk scale) |
lt-scale | the seven-box risk scale; one lt-box per level 1 to 7 |
lt-box | one level on the scale: number (lt-box__n), mix column, portfolio name and mix figures; is-empty when no portfolio sits there |
lt-mix | a portfolio's mix drawn as a strip: lt-eq-N shares and lt-bd-N bonds in percent (steps of 5), cash is the rest; lt-mix–bar draws it across |
lt-mini | small seven-box scale; lt-lvl-N marks the portfolio's level in lilac |
lt-scale__ends | the two end captions under the scale (lower risk, higher risk) |
lt-key | the key for shares, bonds and cash |
lt-folio | one portfolio row (name, mini scale, mix strip, link) |
lt-step | one step of setting a risk level (a real sequence) |
lt-band | questionnaire score band placed on the scale |
lt-part | one part of a portfolio on the dark band (shares, bonds, cash, rebalancing) |
lt-price | fee or fact row (label + amount) |
lt-panel | side panel with a ledger-green top rule |
lt-client | one kind of client (row) |
lt-principle | one investment rule on the About page (title + text row) |
lt-pagehead | inner page heading band |
lt-desk | contact desk block |
lt-person | team member (name, role, note) |
lt-warning | the risk warning line |

Questions about LT Finex
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Finex uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can I show our own portfolios on the scale?
Yes. Each level is a normal Elementor container: change the name, and set the mix with two classes (shares and bonds in steps of 5). The AI kit explains how, and its safe edit tool can do it for you.
Does the theme show investment returns?
No, on purpose. It describes risk levels, mixes, fees and reporting, and carries a plain risk warning. Add performance figures only in the form your regulator allows.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the Portfolios pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Finex. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Finex also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Finex Joomla docs.
