- Optional: activate WPForms Lite for the free first class request form.

- Classes in punch numbers: The home page calls tonight's combination in number tiles, with the six-punch key: outlined tiles for lead-hand punches, filled tiles for rear-hand punches.
- A timetable beginners can read: Timetable rows with time, class, coach, length and a strip of the punch numbers each class uses, plus a full week on its own page.
- Classes in three levels of pages: A Classes page, a Boxing page, and short pages for Fundamentals, Pads and technique and Sparring with the coach, times, combination of the week and what to bring.
- Free first class and memberships: The first class minute by minute, membership prices, pause and cancel rules, one-to-one pads and a booking form.
- Free Elementor and a ready booking form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Free first class' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Boxing options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Start here, Timetable, Classes, Free first class, The gym, Membership, Coaches, Corner notes, Opening hours. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Boxing onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Free first class request on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone (optional), Which class would you like to try (required), Boxing so far (required), Best times for you, Anything a coach should know. Email subject: “Free first class request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. A coach will email you within one working day with a class time and what to bring.”

Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

- Punch numbers are fixed: 1 jab, 2 cross, 3 lead hook, 4 rear hook, 5 lead uppercut, 6 rear uppercut. Odd numbers use lt-tile–lead (outlined), even numbers lt-tile–rear (filled); words such as slip, roll and kick use lt-tile–word. Never use the tiles as decoration.
- Keep the tiles to classes and combinations; do not put them on prices, coaches or news.
- Do not promise weight loss, fight results or self-defence outcomes; describe what happens in the classes.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.
Photo guide
The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Boxing
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Boxing uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can I change the combinations and the class strips?
Yes. Each tile and strip cell is a normal Heading widget: change the number or word, and swap the class (lt-tile–lead, lt-tile–rear, lt-tile–word; lt-cell–on or lt-cell–off).
Is it only for boxing?
No. It suits boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and boxing fitness gyms; the kick tiles and the kickboxing pages are part of the demo.
Does it take online bookings?
The theme does not include a booking system. Link the Book buttons to your booking app, or use the free first class form, which works with the free WPForms Lite plugin.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the Classes and Membership pages with their sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Boxing. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
