- A hero that answers 'how fast?': The home page opens with a priority matrix: who a problem affects by how badly it stops work, with the priority, the response time and an example ticket in every cell.
- Plans and response times: Support plans in one comparison table, response times per priority for each plan, and what is quoted separately.
- Pages for every service: Managed support with help desk, on-site and device management pages, plus cyber security, cloud and Microsoft 365, and networks and Wi-Fi.
- Built for calls and reviews: A support line in the top bar, a header button for the free IT review and a ready IT review request form.
- Free Elementor and a ready form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a request form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- About → Our engineers, Switching to us
- IT services → Managed IT support (Help desk, On-site support, Device management), Cyber security, Cloud and Microsoft 365, Networks and Wi-Fi
- Support plans
- Guides
- Contact → Get support
Header button: Book an IT review (link /contact/#review), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Inteco options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Inteco options and the menu scrolls to these sections: How we respond, What we look after, How a ticket runs, Support plans, Security basics, Switching, Our engineers, Guides, Questions. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Inteco onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form IT review request on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Work email (required), Company (required), Phone (optional), How many people use a computer at work? (required), Who looks after your IT now?, What do you want to talk about?, What is not working, or what are you planning?. Email subject: “IT review request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. An engineer will call or email you within one working day to book the review. If something is down right now, call the support line.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesexample.com(555)Fernway ITMarket StreetSpringfield
- Keep the matrix honest: darker cells always respond sooner, the P codes match the response time table on the Support plans page, and every example ticket sits in the right row and column.
- Use on-call amber only for the P1 mark and small marks on dark pine; never for text or decoration on light backgrounds.
- Do not promise uptime, guaranteed outcomes, certifications or partner badges that are not real; response times and facts stay marked (sample) until they are.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

lt-cell | one matrix cell: priority code lt-cell__p, response time lt-cell__time, urgency label for phones lt-cell__u, example ticket lt-cell__eg; tint with lt-cell–p1|p2|p3|p4 (darker = sooner) |
lt-oncall | the amber on-call mark inside the P1 cells |
lt-resp | response times per priority and plan on the Support plans page; rows lt-table__row, priority code lt-pcode lt-pcode–p1..p4 |
lt-table | comparison table (plans): rows lt-table__row, head row is-head; first cell is the row label |
lt-service | one service row (name, what is covered, link) |
lt-steps | how a ticket runs (a real sequence); each lt-step with its number lt-step__n |
lt-price | label and value row (prices, hours, facts) inside lt-rows |
lt-side | the pine-ruled side panel next to rows |
lt-person | an engineer (name and role) |

Questions about LT Inteco
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Inteco uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can I change the response times and examples in the matrix?
Yes. Each cell is a normal Elementor container with text for the priority, the time and the example. Edit them in Elementor, or let an AI assistant do it with the AI kit's safe edit tool.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
Does it work as a one-page site?
Yes. Turn on one-page mode in the Customizer and the menu scrolls to the home page sections; every edition includes it.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About us and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the services and plans pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Inteco. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Inteco also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Inteco Joomla docs.
