“The parent theme is missing”
Install Hello Elementor from Appearance → Themes → Add New Theme. It only needs to be installed; keep your LTHEME theme active.
The demo import asks for Elementor
Install and activate the free Elementor plugin first, then open Appearance → Demo import again.
I only see “Starter setup”, not “Demo import”
That is the Free edition. Upload the Pro .zip (Upgrade from Free to Pro) and the screen becomes Demo import.
The contact form is missing
Activate WPForms Lite and run the demo import again: it adds the form to the Contact page. See Contact form.
A colour change does not show everywhere
Change it in Elementor Site Settings → Global Colors, not on a single widget. If a page still shows the old colour, regenerate Elementor’s CSS: Elementor → Tools → Regenerate CSS & Data, then clear your cache plugin.
The menu does not scroll to sections
One-page mode is in the Pro editions. Check that it is on and that each section has a CSS ID and a Navigator name. See One-page mode.
Fonts look different from the demo
The fonts are bundled with the theme. A cache or optimisation plugin may be combining or removing the theme’s font files: clear its cache, or exclude the theme’s assets/fonts folder.
A Pro update is not offered
Open Appearance → Licence: the key must be active and, for Pro Standard, inside its year of updates. You can always download the latest .zip from your account.
