Home page sections

The home page sections, in order, with the name they have in Elementor’s Navigator and their CSS ID (the anchor used by one-page mode and by links such as /#stages).

First lesson#first-lesson
Adults#adults

Visit#visit
  • Stages by depth: The home page lays out your learn-to-swim stages along a pool, from the shallow end to the deep end, with ages and what each stage achieves.
  • Free assessment card: Parents who are not sure which class fits can book an assessment straight from the first screen.
  • Timetable and term fees: A weekly timetable with places left, colour-coded by stage, and a clear fee list with a note for siblings.
  • First lesson, step by step: Arrival, changing, meeting the teacher and the lesson itself, so nervous families know what to expect.
  • Free Elementor, nothing else: Built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor; fonts are bundled, so there are no Google Fonts requests.

The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):

  • Home
  • Classes → Children's levels (Shallow end (0.6–0.9 m), Middle (1.2 m), Deep end (1.5–2.0 m)), Adult lessons, Private lessons
  • Prices
  • About → Instructors, Pool and facilities, FAQ
  • Swim tips
  • Contact

Header button: Book a first lesson (link #stages), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Swim options.

One-page mode (Pro)

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Swim options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Stages, Why families choose us, First lesson, Adults, Timetable, Fees, Safety, Reviews, FAQ, Visit. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.

Used the old LT Swim onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Book an assessment on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone (optional), Swimmer's first name (required), Swimmer's age (required), Preferred Saturday time (required), Swimming so far (required), Anything the teacher should know. Email subject: “Assessment booking from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. Reception will confirm your Saturday slot by email within one working day.”

See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.

Demo content to replace

Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

  • (sample)
  • Example prices
  • example.com
  • (555)
  • Lanes Swim School
  • Springfield
  • Keep the stages in depth order (shallow to deep); the water heights carry that order.
  • Do not promise results such as 'swimming in ten lessons'; children learn at their own pace.

Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Photo guide

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Swim

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. LT Swim uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme.

Can I change the stages and depths?

Yes. Each stage is a small Elementor column: edit the name, age and depth, and set the water height in the Spacer widget (taller means deeper).

Will my site look like the demo?

Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. Demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.

Is there a booking system?

With the free WPForms Lite plugin, the Contact page has a ready 'Book an assessment' form that emails you each request. The theme does not take payments.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the Classes page, sample posts, demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.

I have the old LT Swim. Is this an update?

It is version 2.0 with a new design for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.

Also for Joomla

LT Swim also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Swim Joomla docs.
