LT Surgery is a theme for plastic and cosmetic surgery clinics, built with free Elementor: a home page that opens with a marker ruler (the typical scar of each procedure drawn to scale in centimetres, and the natural line it sits in), the consultation path with its fourteen days to think, procedures with where the scar sits and the time off work, who looks after you, recovery by procedure, what a fee includes with example prices, the team, questions, guides and a find-us section. Consultations are requested with a ready form. A Hello Elementor child theme with bundled fonts, one-page mode and a mobile menu.

  • A marker ruler as the hero: The home page opens with a paper ruler from 0 to 35 cm: each procedure's typical scar drawn to scale in skin-marker violet, its longer end in pale violet, and a green line where it sits in a natural crease or fold.
  • Procedures with their scars: Every procedure row says what it involves, where the scar sits, the time off desk work and an example price, with pages for face, breast and body surgery and a three-level face branch.
  • Consultations done properly: Two consultations and fourteen days to think, step by step, with questions to ask any surgeon, who looks after you and when the clinic says no.
  • Recovery and a 24-hour line: Back to work, driving and exercise by procedure, when to call and whom, preparing for surgery, and a recovery line on every page that needs it.
  • Free Elementor and a ready consultation form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Request a consultation' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):

  • Home
  • About
  • Procedures → Face surgery (Eyelid surgery, Facelift, Nose reshaping), Breast surgery, Tummy tuck and liposuction
  • Consultations → Preparing for surgery, Recovery and aftercare, Fees and finance
  • Guides
  • Contact

Header button: Book a consultation (link /contact/#request), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Surgery options.

One-page mode (Pro)

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Surgery options and the menu scrolls to these sections: The ruler, Consultation, Procedures, Safety, Recovery, Fees, Team, Questions, Guides, Visit. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.

Used the old LT Surgery onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Request a consultation on the Book a consultation page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone, What would you like to talk about (required), How would you like the first consultation, Times that suit you, Anything we should know, Consent (required). Email subject: “Consultation request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. The patient coordinator will call or email you within two working days to offer a consultation time. If you had surgery with us and need help now, call the recovery line, (555) 018-4499.”

See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.

Demo content to replace

Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

  • (sample)
  • Example prices
  • example.com
  • (555)
  • Linden Row
  • Springfield
  • Keep the ruler to scale: the track's column fractions are centimetres out of 35, and lengths are always written in words beside the line.
  • Do not add before-and-after photos, promised results, 'pain-free' or invented qualifications, awards or reviews; health copy stays neutral.
  • Use theatre green only for the natural line a scar sits in and for small marks; the scar line is always marker violet.

Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Photo guide

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Surgery

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. LT Surgery uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.

Can I change the scar lengths on the ruler?

Yes. Each row's track is an Elementor grid whose column sizes are centimetres out of 35 (for example 3fr, 0.5fr and 31.5fr); change the numbers and the words beside the line. The AI kit guide lists the classes.

Is there a before-and-after gallery?

No, on purpose: before-and-after photos are best shown at consultation with consent and context. You can add an image section with Elementor if your rules allow it.

Will my site look like the demo?

Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free has the design, header and footer, the About the clinic and Book a consultation pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, Procedures and Consultations with their sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.

I have the old LT Surgery. Is this an update?

It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.

Also for Joomla

LT Surgery also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Surgery Joomla docs.
