LT Psychex is a theme for psychologists, counsellors and small therapy practices, built with free Elementor: a home page that opens with the first session drawn to scale on a minute ruler, every kind of appointment (free call, individual, couples, assessment, group) as a bar on the same ruler with example prices, what people come with, the therapists, how to get started, fees and insurance, the practice and online sessions, questions and notes. Free consultation calls are requested with a ready form, and the crisis line is on every page. A Hello Elementor child theme with bundled fonts, one-page mode and a mobile menu.

- The first session, drawn to scale: The home page opens with a first session on a minute ruler: four parts as wide as their minutes, then the ten minutes for notes, each named in plain words.
- Every appointment on one clock: Free call, individual and couples therapy, assessments and groups as bars on the same 0 to 90 minute ruler, with their length and example price.
- Getting started and fees, clearly: Four steps from the first message to a regular session, fees, sliding scale places, insurance and superbills, and the cancellation rule.
- Therapists, concerns and privacy: Therapist rows with how each one works, what people come to talk about with pages for anxiety, low mood and grief, and what stays private.
- Free Elementor and a ready request form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Request a free 15-minute call' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- About → Our therapists
- Therapy → Individual therapy (Anxiety and worry, Low mood, Grief and loss), Couples therapy, Psychological assessments
- Getting started → Fees and insurance, Online sessions
- Notes
- Contact
Header button: Book a free call (link /contact/#request), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Psychex options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Psychex options and the menu scrolls to these sections: First session, Therapy, What people come with, Therapists, Getting started, Fees, The practice, Questions, Notes, Book a free call. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Psychex onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Request a free 15-minute call on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone, What you are looking for (required), Where you would like to meet, Good times to call you, Anything you would like us to know, Consent (required). Email subject: “Free consultation request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. We will call or email within two working days to arrange your free call. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911 in an emergency.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesexample.com(555)Linden RowSpringfield
- Keep every bar true to its minutes: change the grid columns (e.g. `50fr 40fr`) and the minutes written under it together.
- Do not promise outcomes, cures or waiting times, or invent qualifications, awards or client reviews; keep health copy neutral.
- Keep the crisis line (988, 911) on the contact page and in the top bar; this is not an emergency service.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

AI kit (Pro Unlimited)
The AI kit’s AGENTS.md tells an assistant how LT Psychex is built. The CSS classes it relies on (keep them when you edit):
| CSS class | What it is |
|---|---|
lt-hero | home hero band (practice intro above the minute ruler) |
lt-ruler | the minute ruler block: lt-ruler__title, lt-scale, lt-ruler__bar, then lt-legend |
lt-scale | the minute scale above a bar (a grid of tick labels; the last label carries the end minute) |
lt-ruler__bar | the first-session bar: a grid whose columns are minutes (5fr 25fr 12fr 8fr 10fr) |
lt-seg | one segment of the session bar; lt-seg–alt for the second tone, lt-seg–notes for the dashed notes segment |
lt-legend | the legend under the ruler; each lt-legend__item (add –alt / –notes to match its segment) |
lt-dur | a duration bar on the 0-90 ruler: grid columns <minutes>fr <90 – minutes>fr, children lt-dur__fill and lt-dur__rest |
lt-dur__min | the minutes written under a duration bar (always keep it) |
lt-appt | one appointment row: name and who it is for, the duration bar, the example price |
lt-mini-ruler | the free-call bar on the closing dark band (lamplight fill) |
lt-step | one step of a real sequence (getting started, an assessment) |
lt-person | one therapist row: name and role, how they work, days |
lt-price | label/value row (fees, hours) |
lt-info | label and sentence row (what to expect, insurance, privacy) |
lt-alert | the crisis line (988 and 911); keep it on the contact page and wherever therapy is booked |
lt-desk | contact block (who, email, phone) |
lt-pagehead | inner page heading band |
lt-map | the street drawing around the practice |

Questions about LT Psychex
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Psychex uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can clients book sessions online?
The theme has a request form for the free call, not a booking system: you reply to arrange a time, which keeps scheduling and privacy in your hands. The form is made with the free WPForms Lite plugin.
Can I change the session lengths and prices?
Yes. Each bar is a normal Elementor grid whose columns are minutes (for example 50fr 40fr): change the columns, the minutes written under the bar and the price text.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About the practice and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, Therapy and Getting started with their sub-pages, sample notes, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Psychex. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Psychex also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Psychex Joomla docs.
