- The timetable as a clashfinder: Every stage is a lane and every set a block as long as its running time, so visitors see changeovers and clashes at a glance. On phones each stage becomes a list.
- A poster-style line-up: Three days set like a festival poster: the size of a name is its billing, from headliners to the afternoon acts.
- Tickets, camping and families: Price rows for weekend, day and camping tickets, campervan passes, ticket rules and the family facts parents look for.
- Stages and site map: A page per stage with that stage's weekend timetable, a list of all stages and a drawn map of the site with gates and opening times.
- Free Elementor and a box office form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with an 'Ask the box office' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- The festival → Getting here, Accessibility
- Line-up → Timetable, Stages (Hill Stage, Big Top, Orchard)
- Tickets → Camping, Families
- News
- Info and contact
Header button: Get tickets (link /contact/#tickets), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Party options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Party options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Fernhill Fields 2027, Line-up, Tickets, Camping, The site, Good to know, Food and drink, News, Call to action. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Party onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Ask the box office on the Info and contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), What is it about (required), Days you are coming, People in your group, Order number (optional), Your question (required). Email subject: “Box office question from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. The box office replies by email within two working days. Ticket requests get a payment link in the same email.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesexample.com(555)FernhillSpringfield
- Keep block widths true to the minutes: change the grid column sizes when a set time changes, never stretch a block for its name.
- Fill only headliner blocks with plum; keep wristband marigold for marks on the dark band.
- Keep the stage names the same on the board, the site map and the stage pages.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

AI kit (Pro Unlimited)
The AI kit’s AGENTS.md tells an assistant how LT Party is built. The CSS classes it relies on (keep them when you edit):
| CSS class | What it is |
|---|---|
lt-board | the clashfinder board: a ruler (lt-board__ruler) and one lt-lane per stage or day; add lt-board–hero for the home hero |
lt-lane | one lane: a stage name (lt-lane__stage) and a grid of sets (lt-lane__sets) whose column sizes are the minutes |
lt-set | one set block (time lt-set__time, act lt-set__act); add is-head for the headliner (filled plum) |
lt-gap | an empty changeover between sets (hidden on tablets and phones) |
lt-hour | an hour label on the board ruler |
lt-board__caption | the line under a board that explains blocks, gaps and clashes in words |
lt-poster | the line-up poster: one lt-poster__day per day with lt-bill–head, lt-bill–mid, lt-bill–rest lines (size = billing) |
lt-stage-row | one stage in the stages list (name, what plays there, facts) |
lt-panel | side panel with a plum top rule (ticket includes, how it works) |
lt-steps | ordered steps (a real sequence) |
lt-pagehead | inner page heading band |
lt-desk | one contact desk block |
lt-price | price or fact row (label + value) |
lt-map | the site map drawing (images/map.svg) |

Questions about LT Party
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Party uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
How do I change a set time on the timetable?
Each lane is an Elementor grid whose column sizes are minutes. Change the time text in the block and the matching column size, or ask an AI assistant to do it with the AI kit's safe edit tool.
Can visitors buy tickets on the site?
The theme has no checkout. The ticket buttons lead to the box office form or your phone number, and you can point them at your ticket agent's page instead.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the festival and Info and contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, line-up, timetable, stage, ticket and camping pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Party. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Party also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Party Joomla docs.
