- A lobby directory as the hero: The home page opens with the directory board from the main entrance: every level, its departments and the coloured line to follow, with the emergency entrance listed apart.
- Departments with levels and lines: Every department and clinic shows its level, the named wayfinding line from reception and its opening hours, with a page for each.
- Emergency care, clearly: When to call 911, when to come to the emergency department and when to use urgent care, plus what happens when you arrive.
- Appointments, tests and visiting: An outpatient appointment step by step, blood tests and scans with how to prepare, visiting hours by ward and a find-your-way section with three entrances.
- Free Elementor and a ready appointment form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Request an outpatient appointment' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- About
- Departments → Emergency department, Outpatient clinics (Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Dermatology), Imaging and tests, Maternity
- Your visit → Visiting hours, Preparing for your appointment
- News
- Contact
Header button: Request an appointment (link /contact/#request), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Medical options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Medical options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Directory, Emergency, Departments, Appointments, Tests and scans, Visiting, Questions, News, Find us. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Medical onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Request an outpatient appointment on the Appointments and contact page. Fields: Patient's name (required), Email (required), Phone, Clinic or department (required), Do you have a referral from your doctor, Days and times that suit you, What is the appointment for, Consent (required). Email subject: “Appointment request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. The clinic team will reply within two working days by phone or email. For anything urgent, call your doctor, or 911 in an emergency.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesexample.com(555)NorthgateRiverside RoadSpringfield
- Keep level numbers and line colours true to the building: every line is named in words next to its colour, never colour alone.
- Do not promise outcomes or waiting times, or invent accreditations, rankings or awards; health copy stays neutral.
- Keep you-are-here yellow for marks on the dark board; never use it for text on light backgrounds.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.
Photo guide
The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

lt-level__n | the level number on the board (4, 3, 2, 1, G) |

lt-here | the yellow You-are-here dot on the board (span) |
lt-dept | a department row: level chip, name and what it does, line and hours |
lt-chip | the level chip (G, 1, 2…) in department and entrance rows |

Questions about LT Medical
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Medical uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can patients book appointments online?
The theme has a request form, not a booking system: the clinic team replies to arrange a time. Most hospitals confirm appointments by phone or letter; the form is made with the free WPForms Lite plugin.
Can I change the directory board to match our building?
Yes. Each level is a row of normal Elementor widgets: edit the level, the departments and the name of the line. The line colours are global colours in Site Settings.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About the centre and Appointments and contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, Departments and Your visit with their sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Medical. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Medical also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Medical Joomla docs.
