- The loan-to-value tape: The home page opens on a home's price split into loan and deposit on a tape from 0% to 100%, with the lenders' bands notched and a table of the deposit each band needs.
- Mortgages with their usual limits: Each kind of mortgage carries a small tape showing the usual largest loan, and the deposit page compares three deposits for one home.
- Steps and paperwork: Six numbered steps from first call to completion with typical times, and a checklist of the documents lenders ask for.

Used the old LT Loan onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Book a free first call on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone, What you are looking for (required), Price or value of the home, roughly, Deposit or equity, roughly, How you earn your income, Anything we should know. Email subject: “Mortgage call request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. An adviser will call or email you within one working day to arrange a time to talk.”

- Keep the tape from 0% to 100% of the price with the band notches; set the loan with lt-ltv-N in steps of 5 and keep the amounts in the text beside it.
- Use highlighter yellow only for the deposit and the marked band; never as text.
- Do not show interest rates, approval odds or promises such as 'guaranteed' or 'approved in 24 hours', and keep the repossession warning wherever borrowing is described; sample people and figures stay marked until replaced.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Questions about LT Loan
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Loan uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can I change the example on the tape?
Yes. The tape is a text block with one class for the loan to value (lt-ltv-90 for 90%, in steps of 5); change the class and the amounts beside it. The AI kit explains how, and its safe edit tool can do it for you.
Does the theme show interest rates?
No, on purpose. It describes deposits, bands, steps and fees, and carries the repossession warning. Add rates only in the form your regulator allows, and keep them up to date.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the Mortgages pages, sample guides, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Loan. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
