  • The key board: The whole hotel drawn as the key board behind the front desk: a numbered key for every room by floor and side, coloured by room type, so guests see where each room is.
  • Room pages that show where you sleep: Each room page dims every other key on the board, then gives the size, bed, side, what is in the room and the rates.
  • Rates by season and the times that matter: A rates table by room type and season, and clear rows for check-in, breakfast, pool, spa and the front desk.
  • Resort pages: Spa and pool, restaurant and bar, and weddings and groups pages, with treatment and menu rows and event capacities.
  • Free Elementor and a ready enquiry form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a stay enquiry form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):

  • Home
  • Rooms → Double rooms (Classic room, Sea view room, Garden room), Suites, Step-free stays
  • The resort → Spa and pool, Restaurant and bar, Weddings and groups
  • The hotel → House rules
  • Bay notes
  • Book a stay → Getting here

Header button: Ask about a stay (link /contact/#enquiry), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Hotel options.

One-page mode (Pro)

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Hotel options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Welcome, Rooms, Your stay, The resort, Restaurant, Rates, Guest notes, Bay notes, Getting here, Call to action. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.

Used the old LT Hotel onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Stay enquiry on the Book a stay page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Arrival date (required), Nights (required), Guests (required), Room (required), Add to the stay, Anything we should know. Email subject: “Stay enquiry from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. The front desk replies by email within a few hours with the rooms free on your dates and the price. Nothing is booked until you confirm.”

See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.

Demo content to replace

Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

  • (sample)
  • Example prices
  • example.com
  • (555)
  • Larkspur Bay Hotel
  • Shore Road
  • Springfield
  • Sample guest
  • Use the key board only for the real rooms of the hotel: one row per floor, top floor first, one key per room, and keep the legend's room numbers in step with the keys.
  • Keep bright brass and the fob colours on the green board; never use them for text on light backgrounds.
  • Do not add a booking or payment flow: the stay enquiry form or a call to the front desk books a room.

Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Photo guide

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Hotel

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. LT Hotel uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.

Can guests book and pay online?

The theme does not include a booking engine. Guests send a stay enquiry with the form or call the front desk, and you confirm the room yourself. A booking engine's button or link can go in any button.

How do I change the key board for my hotel?

Each floor is a row in Elementor and each key is a small container with the room number. Set the class lt-key–classic, garden, sea or suite for its type and lt-key–wide for a suite; add or remove keys to match your rooms.

Will my site look like the demo?

Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free has the design, header and footer, The hotel and Book a stay pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the Rooms and resort pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.

I have the old LT Hotel. Is this an update?

It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.

Also for Joomla

LT Hotel also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Hotel Joomla docs.
