Quick setup
- Install the free Elementor plugin and the Hello Elementor theme, then upload and activate LT Games (Install and update).
- Optional: activate WPForms Lite for the tip or review code form.
- Pro: Appearance → Demo import → Import (Demo import). Free: Appearance → Starter setup.
- Replace the demo content and pictures (below), set your logo and the header button.

- Reviews as save slots: The home page opens on a Load game window: this week's reviews with play time, completion cells, where the reviewer stopped and a verdict in words.
- Release calendar with review status: Release rows by week with the date, genre, platforms and where your review stands: reviewing now, review up or code on launch day.
- Genres, previews and a method page: Genre pages with their own slots, demo slots for previews and a How we review page that explains every part of a slot.
- Tips and review codes: A Contact page with newsroom desks and a 'Tip or review code' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin, plus a page for developers and advertisers.
- Free Elementor, bundled fonts: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor. DotGothic16 and M PLUS 2 are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Games options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Latest reviews, News, How to read a slot, Out soon, Genres, Long read, Friday round-up, How we review, Tips. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Games onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Tip or review code on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), What is it about (required), Game title (if any), Platforms, Your message (required), Can we name you if we use it?. Email subject: “Tip or review code from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thanks. An editor reads every message and replies within two working days if we follow it up.”

- Do not add scores out of ten to the slots: the slot shows play time, completion and a verdict in words.
- Keep save mint for the cursor and the filled cells inside the window; never use it for text or on light backgrounds.
- Use DotGothic16 only for h1/h2, slot numbers and play time at 24px or larger; reading text stays in M PLUS 2.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Games
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Games uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can I use review scores instead of verdicts?
Yes. A slot is ordinary Elementor text: change the verdict text to a score, or change the number of completion cells with one CSS class (lt-cells–0 to lt-cells–10).
Where do news posts come from?
From your WordPress posts. The home page and the News page list the latest posts automatically, with their featured images.
Does it work as a one-page site?
Yes. Turn on one-page mode in the Customizer and the menu scrolls to the home page sections; every edition includes it.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, Reviews, Releases, genre, preview and developer pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Games. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
