- The tax year as a register: The home page opens with every filing and payment date by month, in columns for you, your business and your employees, with the next date ringed.
- Services with their dates and fees: Each service row names its dates and a fixed fee; the service pages show the register filtered to the dates that service handles.
- Tax calendar page: The full register and a month-by-month list with the date each client's records are needed by.
- How you work and what to send: Four steps from first meeting to signed return, fixed-fee rows, and checklists of the records clients should send.
- Free Elementor and a ready meeting form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a first-meeting request form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- Services → Personal tax (Individual tax returns, Estimated tax payments, Rental income), Bookkeeping, Payroll, Business tax returns, Fixed fees
- Tax calendar
- About → Our team, How we work
- Tax notes
- Contact → What to bring
Header button: Book a first meeting (link /contact/#meeting), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Fiscal options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Fiscal options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Tax calendar, Services, Who we work with, How we work, Fixed fees, What to send, Questions, Tax notes, Office. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Fiscal onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form First meeting request on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone (optional), What do you need help with (required), You are, Is a date coming up?, Anything we should know. Email subject: “First meeting request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. We will reply by email within two working days with a few times for a first meeting.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesSample clientexample.com(555)Penrose Lane AccountingPenrose LaneSpringfield
- Keep the register in calendar order (January to December) and put each date in the column of the person it concerns.
- Ring only one date with `is-next` and mark only one month with `is-now`; keep pencil red off the dark band.
- Do not promise refunds, savings or outcomes; describe the work, the fee and the dates.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

AI kit (Pro Unlimited)
The AI kit’s AGENTS.md tells an assistant how LT Fiscal is built. The CSS classes it relies on (keep them when you edit):
| CSS class | What it is |
|---|---|
lt-hero | home hero band (headline, next due line, the register) |
lt-reg | the due-date register; children: lt-reg__head (column names) and one lt-reg__row per month |
lt-reg__row | one month (grid): lt-reg__month then one lt-pin per column; add is-now for the current month, is-quiet for a month with no dates |
lt-pin | one date in the register (Text Editor): lt-pin__day (day number), lt-pin__lane (column name, shown on phones), lt-pin__what; is-next rings the next due date, is-empty is an empty cell, lt-pin–quiet the quiet-month line |
lt-reg--one | the register filtered to one column (service pages) |
lt-nextdue | the 'Next due' label in the hero line |
lt-service | one service row (name, what we do, its dates, fee) |
lt-dates | the dates of a service in tabular figures |
lt-steps | the four steps of working with us (a real sequence, numbered); each lt-step |
lt-rule | one principle row on the About page |
lt-month | one month in the month-by-month list (date, what is due, send us your records by) |
lt-quarter | one estimated-payment row (due date, income it covers) |
lt-panel | white side panel with a pencil-blue top rule (fees included / quoted separately) |
lt-person | one team member (name, role) |
lt-pagehead | inner page heading band |
lt-desk | contact desk block |
lt-price | fee or fact row (label + value) |

Questions about LT Fiscal
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Fiscal uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can I change the dates for my country?
Yes. The register is ordinary Elementor rows: edit the day, the line of text and the column names, or ask an AI assistant to do it with the AI kit's safe edit tool.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
Does it work as a one-page site?
Yes. Turn on one-page mode in the Customizer and the menu scrolls to the home page sections; every edition includes it.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the services, tax calendar and sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Fiscal. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Fiscal also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Fiscal Joomla docs.
