LT Envico is a theme for an environmental consultancy, built for Elementor (free): a home page that opens with a borehole log, a core drawn to scale with the standard soil hatches and the water strikes, each layer described as logged with its samples and what it means for the site, then the services, the steps from desk study to sign-off, the ecology survey seasons, recent projects, fees, questions, field notes and a quote request. Pages for the services (with a three-level branch for site investigation: desk study, ground investigation, remediation and verification), ecology, groundwater and permits, projects with a case study, the practice, and a contact page with a quote request form. A Hello Elementor child theme with bundled fonts, one-page mode and a mobile menu.

- A borehole log as the hero: The home page opens with a core drawn to scale in the standard soil hatches and water-strike marks, beside one row per layer: depth, description, samples and what it means for the site.
- Service pages with a three-level branch: Services with site investigation, ecology, groundwater and permits, and a branch for site investigation with the desk study, ground investigation and remediation pages.
- Survey seasons and the steps to sign-off: When each ecology survey can be done, in words, and the five steps that clear a land contamination condition, in their real order.
- Projects and fees without cards: Project rows with what was found and what happened next, a case study with its full log, and fee rows with what each fee includes.
- Free Elementor and a ready quote form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Quote request' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- Services → Site investigation (Desk study, Ground investigation, Remediation and verification), Ecology surveys, Groundwater and drainage, Permits and compliance
- Projects → Former bus depot
- The practice
- Field notes
- Contact
Header button: Request a quote (link /contact/#quote), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Envico options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Envico options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Site log, Services, From desk study to sign-off, Survey seasons, Projects, Fees, Questions, Field notes, Call to action. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Envico onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Quote request on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Site address or postcode (required), What you need (required), Where the project is, Site area, roughly, What you can send us, Anything we should know. Email subject: “Quote request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. We will look at the site and the planning record and reply within two working days with a fee and the earliest start date.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesexample.com(555)MarlbankTannery YardMill LaneSpringfield
- Keep the core to scale: a layer's height is its thickness as a share of the hole depth; change the row and the core together.
- Use the soil hatches and the water-strike blue only on the log and its key; never as decoration, dividers or button colours.
- Do not turn the log rows into cards or add icons to them; a log row is depth, layer, tests and meaning.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.
Photo guide
The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

AI kit (Pro Unlimited)
The AI kit’s AGENTS.md tells an assistant how LT Envico is built. The CSS classes it relies on (keep them when you edit):
| CSS class | What it is |
|---|---|
lt-log | the borehole log: lt-log__head (hole name and drilling line), lt-log__body (core beside the rows), lt-log__key |
lt-core | the core drawn to scale (p.lt-core): layers lt-hatch is-<soil> with height in % of the hole depth, lt-core__scale ticks, lt-core__water is-struck|is-standing at their depth in % |
lt-stratum | one layer row of the log, with its soil class (is-topsoil, is-made, is-clay, is-sand, is-rock): depth (lt-stratum__depth), name and description, samples (lt-stratum__tests), what it means (lt-stratum__means) |
lt-hatch | a soil hatch swatch; is-topsoil|is-made|is-clay|is-sand|is-rock picks the soil colour and pattern |
lt-water | a water-strike triangle in text (hollow = struck, is-standing filled = standing level) |
lt-service | one service row: photo, name and what you get, typical time and fee, link |
lt-stage | one stage from desk study to sign-off, in order (lt-stage__n its number) |
lt-project | one project row: photo, site, what we found, what happened next |
lt-fee | one fee row: service, what it includes, time, from-price (lt-fee__price) |
lt-fact | a label and value row (seasons, kit, report contents) |
lt-steps | ordered steps (a real sequence) |
lt-pagehead | inner page heading band |
lt-desk | one contact desk block |
lt-person | one person (name and role) |
See AI kit for the prompts, the safe edit tool and the launch checker.
Questions about LT Envico
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Envico uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Can I show my own borehole log?
Yes. The log is normal Elementor text: the layers, depths, descriptions and water marks are written out, and the core heights are set as a share of the hole depth. The AI kit's safe edit tool can rewrite it from your own log sheet.
Does it suit an ecology-only or a sustainability practice?
Yes. Rename the services, remove the log from the home page or keep it on the site investigation page only, and the rows for seasons, projects and fees fit any environmental practice.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, The practice and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the services, projects and case study pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Envico. Is this an update?
It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Envico also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Envico Joomla docs.
