Home page sections

The home page sections, in order, with the name they have in Elementor’s Navigator and their CSS ID (the anchor used by one-page mode and by links such as /#payslip).

  • The payslip, explained: The home page opens with a sample payslip whose blocks are each tied by a margin note to the service that produces them: records, pay runs, tax filings, benefits, leave and net pay.
  • Services tied to payslip lines: Each service row lists the payslip lines it produces, so employers see exactly what they hand over.
  • Pay-run timetable: The monthly pay run as five dated steps, from sending hours to payday, on a dark band.
  • Itemised prices: An example monthly invoice on the same payslip sheet, rate rows, one-off work and what is included.
  • Free Elementor and a ready quote form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a payroll quote request form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):

  • Home
  • About → Our team, Data security
  • Payroll and HR → Payroll (Pay runs, Pensions and benefits, Year-end forms), HR support, Leave and absence
  • Prices → Switching to us
  • Employer guides
  • Contact

Header button: Get a payroll quote (link /contact/#quote), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Company options.

One-page mode (Pro)

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Company options and the menu scrolls to these sections: Your payslip, explained, What we look after, Pay-run timetable, HR support, Who we pay, Prices, Switching to us, Questions, Employer guides. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.

Used the old LT Company onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Payroll quote request on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Work email (required), Company name (required), Number of employees (required), How often you pay (required), What you need, How payroll runs today, Anything we should know. Email subject: “Payroll quote request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. We will email a quote within two working days, with the setup steps and the first pay run we could take on.”

See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.

Demo content to replace

Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

  • (sample)
  • Example prices
  • example.com
  • (555)
  • Tallyhouse
  • Springfield
  • Ledger Row
  • J. Moreno
  • Keep the payslip arithmetic right: gross minus deductions must equal net pay, and the invoice lines must add up to the total.
  • Use security green only for marks (tint, perforation, leader dots); never for text.
  • Do not promise tax, legal or employment-law outcomes; describe what the firm prepares and what the employer decides.

Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Photo guide

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT Company

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. LT Company uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.

Can I change the sample payslip?

Yes. Every line is a normal Elementor row: change labels and amounts in the editor, or ask an AI assistant to do it with the AI kit's safe edit tool. Keep the sums right.

Is it only for payroll firms?

It fits any business-services company that sells a monthly service: payroll bureaus, outsourced HR, bookkeeping. The payslip can be renamed and reworded.

Will my site look like the demo?

Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the services, prices and sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.

I have the old LT Company. Is this an update?

It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.

Also for Joomla

LT Company also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Company Joomla docs.
