- The walkaround sheet: The home page opens with this week's car drawn from above on a carbon-copy condition form: every scratch, dent and chip ringed in red with its code, and the tread depth written at each wheel.
- Stock rows without an inventory plugin: Cars in stock, hatchbacks and sedans, family cars and SUVs, seven-seaters, wagons and cars under $10,000 as rows with miles, the car's marks, tire depths, example prices and an 'Ask about this car' link.
- How we inspect: The blank sheet with every panel named, the letter key, the four inspection steps, what is always fixed and what is left, and a tires and brakes page with tread depths in 32nds.
- Test drive, trade-in and paperwork: What to bring for a test drive, a trade-in section with written offers, what you pay on top of the price and the papers that come with every car.
- Free Elementor and a ready request form: Built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with an 'Ask about a car or book a test drive' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.
Menu
The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):
- Home
- Cars in stock → Hatchbacks and sedans, Family cars and SUVs (Seven-seaters, Compact SUVs, Wagons and minivans), Under $10,000
- How we inspect → Tires and brakes

- About
- Notes
- Visit
Header button: Ask about a car (link /visit/#request), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT Carmarket options.
One-page mode (Pro)
With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT Carmarket options and the menu scrolls to these sections: This week's car, In stock now, How we inspect, Shop by budget, Test drive, Trade in your car, What comes with every car, Car buying notes, Visit the lot. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.
Used the old LT Carmarket onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form
With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Ask about a car or book a test drive on the Visit and contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Phone (optional), What can we help with? (required), Which car?, Best day and time for a test drive, Do you have a car to trade in?, Anything else we should know. Email subject: “Car question from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. Someone from the lot replies by email or phone within one working day, and holds the car for you if it is still here.”
See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.
Demo content to replace
Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):
(sample)Example pricesExample priceexample.com(555)Kestrel Lane MotorsKestrel LaneSpringfield
- Keep the rings honest: a red ring is a real mark found on that car, with its letter and number, and every ring on the drawing has a row in the key.
- Red is for damage rings only and canary for the sheet only; never use them for sales, offers or headlines.
- Do not add brand logos, certified or warranty claims, finance offers or reviews presented as real; there is no online checkout, so buttons go to the request form or the phone.
Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

lt-zone | a printed zone name on the blank sheet (How we inspect) |
lt-tread | the tread depth written at a wheel, in 32nds of an inch; place with lt-at-tread-fl|fr|rl|rr |

Questions about LT Carmarket
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. LT Carmarket uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
Does it include a car inventory or listings plugin?
No. Cars are Elementor rows you edit like any other text, with an 'Ask about this car' link to the request form or your phone number. If you use an inventory service, link the buttons to it.
How do I move a ring on the walkaround drawing?
Each ring is a Text Editor widget with a zone class (for example lt-at-hood or lt-at-door-rl). Change the code in the text and the zone in the class; the AI kit's AGENTS.md lists every zone.
Will my site look like the demo?
Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Visit pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the stock, inspection and buying pages with their sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.
I have the old LT Carmarket. Is this an update?
It is version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.
Also for Joomla
LT Carmarket also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Carmarket Joomla docs.
