Home page sections

The home page sections, in order, with the name they have in Elementor’s Navigator and their CSS ID (the anchor used by one-page mode and by links such as /#course).

  • The course plate: The home page opens on a steel backup plate with twelve numbered slots, each stamped with one lesson's word, the three columns as three evenings and a ring on the next class.
  • Lessons and a three-level course: Twelve lesson rows, a Learn page, a Beginners' course with a page for each evening, a self-custody workshop and a glossary.
  • News without the hype: A news blog and an editorial policy that rule out price predictions and paid articles, with sample explainers and scam alerts.
  • Safety and risk built in: Three rules on a dark band, six kinds of scam with their tells, what to do after a scam, a backups guide with a blank plate, and a risk line wherever buying or holding is described.
  • Free Elementor and a ready booking form: Every page is built with free Elementor widgets on Hello Elementor, with a 'Book a seat' form made with the free WPForms Lite plugin. Fonts are bundled: no Google Fonts requests.

The demo import creates this main menu (Appearance → Menus):

  • Home
  • Learn → Beginners' course (Part 1: money and keys, Part 2: moving bitcoin, Part 3: rules and safety), Self-custody workshop, Glossary
  • Safety → Spotting scams, Backups
  • News
  • About → Teachers, Editorial policy
  • Contact

Header button: Book a seat (link /contact/#book), changed in Appearance → Customize → LT ByCoin options.

One-page mode (Pro)

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, tick One-page mode on the home page in Appearance → Customize → LT ByCoin options and the menu scrolls to these sections: The course, Risk notice, Twelve lessons, Classes, News, Plain answers, Safety, Workshop, Call to action. To change the labels or leave sections out, see One-page mode.

Used the old LT ByCoin onepage WordPress theme? It is not sold any more: version 2.0 is one theme for both. Install its Pro edition and turn on one-page mode.

Form

With WPForms Lite active, the demo import creates the form Book a seat on the Contact page. Fields: Your name (required), Email (required), Which class (required), Which date, Seats (required), How much do you know already?, A question you want answered. Email subject: “Seat request from the website”. After sending, visitors see: “Thank you. We will email you within two working days to confirm your seat. We never ask for recovery words, passwords or payment in bitcoin.”

See Contact form for where messages go and how to change the fields.

Demo content to replace

Everything marked with one of these in the demo is sample content: names, numbers, prices and addresses that you replace with your own (or delete):

  • (sample)
  • Example prices
  • example.com
  • (555)
  • Ferrow Bitcoin School
  • Ferrow
  • Springfield
  • Never add prices, charts, tickers, returns, predictions or 'buy now' links, and never name an exchange or show coin or wallet brand logos; keep the risk line (`lt-risk`) wherever buying or holding is described.
  • Keep the plate to twelve slots in lesson order, with the numbers matching the lessons; never put real recovery words on the plate or anywhere on the site.
  • Use punch amber only for the next-lesson ring and the risk rule on dark bands; Sometype Mono only for stamped words and lesson numbers.

Only publish facts that are true for your business: real prices, opening hours, reviews and qualifications. Pro Unlimited’s launch checker lists every sample marker left on the site.

Photo guide

The demo uses placeholder pictures. Replace each one in Elementor (click it → Choose image) with a photo of about this size; save photos as JPEG or WebP under about 300 KB.

Questions about LT ByCoin

Do I need Elementor Pro?

No. LT ByCoin uses only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.

Does the theme show bitcoin prices or charts?

No, on purpose. It is built for teaching and news, not trading: there are no tickers, charts or exchange widgets. If you add any, keep the risk warning next to them.

Can I change the twelve lessons on the plate?

Yes. The plate is a list in a Text Editor widget: change a word, its link or which lesson has the ring. Keep twelve slots in lesson order, and never put real recovery words on it.

Will my site look like the demo?

Yes, with Pro: Appearance > Demo import creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, header and footer. The demo photos are replaced by placeholders you swap for your own.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free has the design, header and footer, the About and Contact pages and the blog. Pro adds the home page, the Learn and Safety pages with their sub-pages, sample posts, one-click demo import, credit removal, updates and support. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit.

I have the old LT ByCoin. Is this an update?

It is a new version 2.0 with a new design, built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there.

Also for Joomla

LT Bycoin also exists as a Joomla template: see the LT Bycoin Joomla docs.
