LT Riffle is a WooCommerce block theme for subscription boxes, shown as a fly-fishing club that sends hand-tied flies, a tippet spool and a knot card every month or every season, matched to what is hatching. Its river hero with a hatch-calendar card, fly box cards in a tackle-box frame, plan picker with a fly count x rhythm table, hatch calendar, this month's fly box, knot guide and skip / pause / cancel and gift sections all run on WooCommerce's own blocks. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit, so an assistant can rebrand and extend the store safely.

A curving fly line links the sections, categories sit in a tackle-box frame and the hero card shows the hatch calendar. It adds:

- 6 product categories: Fly box plans, Fly packs, Leader & tippet, Fly boxes, Tools, Gift a season
- 7 pages: Home, Shop, How plans work, Hatches & knots, About, Contact, FAQ & delivery (WooCommerce’s own Cart, Checkout and My account pages are used as they are)
- The main menu: Plans, Shop, Hatches, About, FAQ, Contact

Store-type notes: Subscription boxes
- The plans in the demo are variable products (for example plan size × frequency), so a customer picks a plan and pays for one box at checkout.
- WooCommerce alone does not take recurring payments. For automatic renewals, skip, pause and cancel in the customer’s account, add a subscriptions plugin and set the plans up as subscription products. The theme’s “how plans work”, skip / pause / cancel and gift sections are page content that you adapt to the plugin you choose.
- Never promise automatic renewals, free cancellation or delivery dates that your set-up does not give.
AI kit (Pro Unlimited)
With Pro Unlimited, an AI assistant can rebrand LT Riffle, update this month's fly box and the hatch calendar, set up plans as variable products and build landing pages from the theme's sections. AGENTS.md, an Agent Skill and WordPress Abilities keep every change inside the design tokens.
Example prompt: Set up this LT Riffle store for my fly box club. Brand name: Tailwater Box (sample). Boxes: 12, 18 or 24 flies, every month or every season, from $24 (example prices). Waters: rivers and streams in the north valley. Subscriptions plugin: none yet. Keep only facts I confirm and replace every sample phone number, address and price.
See AI kit for the files, the prompts and the Abilities.
Before you go live
Everything in the demo is sample content: products, prices, specs, reviews, addresses and opening times. Replace it with your own, or delete it, and follow the going-live checklist. Pro Unlimited: python3 tools/check-theme.py --launch in the theme folder lists every sample left.

Questions about LT Riffle
Does the theme renew subscriptions on its own?
No. Plans, the plan picker and the skip / pause / cancel section show how a subscription store works; recurring boxes and billing need a WooCommerce subscriptions plugin.
Can I change the hatch calendar for my river?
Yes. The calendar is a static pattern with four season cards and three months each. Edit the months, hatches and flies for your own waters in the Site Editor.
How are the plans set up?
Plans are variable products with Flies per box (12, 18 or 24) and Frequency (every month or every season). Gift plans are paid once.
Is the fishing licence text real?
No. The licence answer in the demo FAQ is a placeholder: replace it with the rules for your region.
Can I use it for other seasonal boxes?
Yes. The sections suit any seasonal hobby box: rename the box sizes, the calendar rows and the knot steps, and change the art.
Are the demo photos included?
The live demo uses Pexels photos. The theme ships its own flat illustrations, and the Pro demo import brings categories, products, pages and the menu.
