LT Huddle is a WooCommerce block theme for print-on-demand shops that kit out clubs and leagues with jerseys, shorts, socks and training tops printed with their crest, names and numbers. It comes with a number hero and team price card, a pick a kit then a design flow, names and numbers with a sample roster, crest upload and proof steps, a team order sheet, a product type picker, turnaround by team size and a size chart with colourways, all built on WooCommerce's own blocks for the shop, product, cart and checkout pages. Pro Unlimited adds an AI kit so an assistant can rebrand the store to your club colours and write your product pages without breaking the design.

What the demo import adds (Pro)

Appearance → Demo import shows one demo, Huddle: A navy, white and gold store for custom team kits: pick a kit and a design, send the team order sheet with names and numbers, upload your own crest, approve the proof and get the whole squad's jerseys, shorts, socks and training tops printed. It adds:

  • 14 products (8 variable, with options, 5 on sale)
  • 5 product categories: Jerseys, Shorts, Training tops, Socks, Kit bundles
  • 6 pages: Home, Shop, Design your own, About, Contact, FAQ & delivery (WooCommerce’s own Cart, Checkout and My account pages are used as they are)
  • The main menu: Shop, Design your own, About, Help
  • The style Huddle, the site title and tagline and the announcement bar text

Existing content is never changed: anything whose address is already taken is skipped. Prices are marked “Example prices”.

Store-type notes: Print on demand (POD)

  • The design-your-own, personalisation, upload and proof sections explain the process; they are page content, not a live product designer.
  • To collect a name, text or artwork with an order, or to send orders to a print partner, add a product add-ons plugin or your print-on-demand service’s WooCommerce plugin. The size and colour choices in the demo are normal WooCommerce variations.
  • Turnaround times in the demo are samples: replace them with your print partner’s real times.

AI kit (Pro Unlimited)

The Pro Unlimited AI kit lets an assistant rebrand Huddle to your club colours, rewrite the designs, size chart, roster rules, order sheet, proof steps and turnaround by team size with your own figures, and build pre-season landing pages from the theme's sections. It follows AGENTS.md and checks every change with the theme's validator.

Example prompt: Set up this LT Huddle store for my team kit print shop "Sideline Prints": stripes, hoops and plain designs only, jerseys from $32, shorts $15, socks $7, a full kit bundle $52, names and numbers included from 12 shirts, 8% off from 20 players, proof within three working days, printing in 6 working days for up to 20 players, free delivery over $350. Use the Away kit style and replace every sample text, price and policy.

See AI kit for the files, the prompts and the Abilities.

Before you go live

Everything in the demo is sample content: products, prices, specs, reviews, addresses and opening times. Replace it with your own, or delete it, and follow the going-live checklist. Pro Unlimited: python3 tools/check-theme.py --launch in the theme folder lists every sample left.

Demo photos

The live demo of LT Huddle shows real photos; the theme uses its own illustrations and placeholders. The photos are from Pexels, free to use under the Pexels licence (credit is not required, but we thank the photographers):

Questions about LT Huddle

Can teams upload a crest and an order sheet?

The theme explains the crest upload, the order sheet and the proof steps and lays out the sections, but accepting files needs a WooCommerce file upload or product add-ons plugin. The demo describes the steps; it does not collect files.

Where do the colourway chips on the kit cards come from?

From the product tags. Give each product its colourways as tags, such as Navy / Gold or Red / White, and they appear as chips with a two-colour dot; the demo import tags every sample product.

Can I show a roster of names and numbers?

Yes. The names and numbers section has a sample roster table and lettering rules, and the order sheet section shows the sheet columns and size totals. Edit the rows in the Site Editor.

Does the theme include league or club crests?

No. The crest in the artwork is an original sample shield and the roster names are samples. Your shop prints only crests its customers own or have permission to use.

Can I change the turnaround times and the team price?

Yes. Turnaround by team size, the team price card, delivery rates and the proof steps are sample text in their own sections; edit them to match your prices and print times.

Does it work with a dark look?

Yes. Switch to the Floodlight style in the Site Editor; the pitch bands and footer keep their own dark colours in every style.
