LT Carton is a WooCommerce block theme for packaging supply stores that sell retail and to the trade, shown as a packaging store with mailer boxes, shipping cartons, mailers, tape, labels, void fill, wrap, printed packaging and pallet supplies in nine departments. It has a box size finder hero over a kraft band, a nine-department mega menu, table-like product lists with size, pack quantity and price per unit on every row, a box size guide, a quick order list, case and pallet prices, online shop / fulfilment / wholesale trade tiers, click & collect at the warehouse and a custom printed boxes request block, all on WooCommerce's own blocks. Pro Unlimited adds the AI kit, so an assistant can rebrand and extend the store safely.

Editions

  • Free: the LT Carton theme package: all templates, the section patterns, page layouts and colour styles. No demo content or demo import; the footer credit stays.
  • Pro Standard ($29 a year): + the complete LT Carton demo store with one-click import, one year of updates with a licence key and ticket support; the footer credit is removed.
  • Pro Unlimited ($49 once): + the AI kit, unlimited websites and lifetime updates and support.

Quick setup

  1. Install and activate WooCommerce, then upload and activate LT Carton (Install the theme).
  2. Pro: Appearance → Demo import → Import (Demo import), then add your licence key in Appearance → Licence.
  3. Free: build the pages with the theme’s patterns and page layouts (below).
  4. Pick a colour style in Appearance → Editor → Styles, set your logo and menu.
  5. Replace the sample content and go live (Going live).

What the demo import adds (Pro)

Appearance → Demo import shows one demo, Carton: A kraft, dark brown and tape red packaging supplies store with a box size finder hero, a nine-department menu, table-like product rows with size, pack and price per unit, a quick order list, case and pallet prices, trade accounts, printed boxes and click & collect at the warehouse. It adds:

  • 30 products (12 variable, with options, 6 on sale)
  • 13 product categories (9 main categories and 4 sub-categories): Boxes, Mailers & envelopes, Tape, Labels, Void fill, Wrap & protection, Printed packaging, Warehouse & tools, Pallet & strapping
  • 6 pages: Home, Shop, Trade account, About, Contact, FAQ, delivery & returns (WooCommerce’s own Cart, Checkout and My account pages are used as they are)
  • The main menu: Departments, Boxes, Tape, Printed, Trade account, Help, Contact
  • The style Kraft, the site title and tagline and the announcement bar text

Existing content is never changed: anything whose address is already taken is skipped. Prices are marked “Example prices”.

Store-type notes: Large catalogue & B2B

  • The demo has 30 products in 13 categories (two levels), with a search-first header and a category menu.
  • The quick order list, bulk / case prices and trade account tiers are static sections. Trade prices per customer, minimum quantities and trade accounts need a B2B / wholesale plugin.
  • Import your real catalogue with Products → Import (CSV) once the design is set.

AI kit (Pro Unlimited)

With the AI kit an assistant can set up your departments, categories and the Departments menu, write product copy with item codes, inside sizes and packs, and rebrand the store in theme.json without breaking the block markup. It follows rules that keep the B2B plugin notes, the static preview notes and sample labels in place, and it never adds eco claims you have not confirmed.

Before you go live

Everything in the demo is sample content: products, prices, specs, reviews, addresses and opening times. Replace it with your own, or delete it, and follow the going-live checklist. Pro Unlimited: python3 tools/check-theme.py --launch in the theme folder lists every sample left.

Questions about LT Carton

How is the price per unit worked out?

The theme divides each product's price by the number of units in its pack: the first number in the Pack attribute (for example "100 boxes") or in the product's pack text. Variable products show the lowest unit price of their variations.

Does the box size finder filter products?

Not on its own. The finder in the hero is a static preview that opens the box department; filtering boxes by length, width and height needs a product filter plugin and Size attributes on your products.

Can shops and fulfilment teams get trade prices?

The Trade account page and the tier, quick order and case price sections show how a trade counter works. Trade price lists, payment terms and ordering by item code need a WooCommerce B2B or quick-order plugin; the sections say so.

How are the nine departments set up?

The demo has nine top-level product categories with sub-categories under boxes and mailers. The first item of the header menu holds them and opens as a wide panel on desktop, and the departments section repeats them as cards.

How does the printed boxes request work?

The request block shows the steps (artwork, proof, print) and a sample quote card. Its button opens an email; a real quote form needs a forms plugin.

Can I use it for a single packaging line or an office supplies store?

Yes. Rename the departments and categories, change the size guide and drop the sections you do not need; the large-catalogue sections work for any supplies store that sells by the pack, case or pallet.
