Open the template options
- Go to System → Site Template Styles.
- Click the template’s default style.
- Click Template Options. The panel opens next to a live preview; click Save when you are done.

Logo and header
In Basic: upload your logo (and a separate mobile logo if you like), choose the header style and turn the sticky header on or off. The Basic tab is grouped into: Logo, Header, Body, Footer, Social Icons, Contact Info, Coming Soon, Error Page.
Colours (presets)
In Presets, pick one, or edit a preset’s colours for your brand. The rebuilt templates also set their design colours in the template’s custom.css. Keep enough contrast between text and background.
Layout
Layout shows the page as rows and columns; each column holds a module position. Change a column’s width, hide a row on phones or add a row. See Modules and positions.
Typography
Choose fonts for the body, headings and menu. Using fewer fonts and weights makes the site faster.
Custom CSS
Put your own CSS in Custom Code → Custom CSS. It stays when you update the template, unlike changes to the template files.
Coming soon and error page
Basic also has a coming-soon page (with a countdown, shown to visitors while you work) and the design of the 404 page.
