Buying and licences
What is the difference between Free, Pro Standard and Pro Unlimited?
Free is the theme or template itself. Pro Standard ($29 a year) adds every demo page or the full design, removal of the footer credit, updates and ticket support for one website. Pro Unlimited ($49 once) is for unlimited websites with lifetime updates and support, and adds the AI kit for Elementor and block themes. See Account, licences and updates.
Does my site stop working when Pro Standard is not renewed?
No. The theme or template keeps working. Only new downloads, updates and ticket support pause until you renew.
Where do I find my licence key?
In your order email and in your account on ltheme.com.
Can I get a refund?
If a Pro product has a problem we cannot fix, open a ticket within 30 days of your order and we refund it in full.
Elementor WordPress themes
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. The themes use only the free Elementor plugin and the free Hello Elementor theme. The header and footer are part of the theme, so you do not need Theme Builder.
What are the requirements?
WordPress 6.6 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, the free Elementor plugin and the Hello Elementor theme. The free WPForms Lite plugin is recommended for the contact form.
How do I make my site look like the demo?
With Pro, go to Appearance → Demo import and click Import. It creates every page, the colours, fonts, menu, top bar and footer. See Demo import.
Can it be a one-page site?
Yes, with Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited: turn on one-page mode in Appearance → Customize and the menu scrolls to the home page sections. The Free edition does not include it. See One-page mode.
I have the old version of my theme. Is version 2.0 an update?
No, it is a new design built for free Elementor. Your current site keeps working; install 2.0 on a new site or a staging copy and import the demo there. See Existing website.
WordPress block themes
Do block themes need a page builder?
No. They use WordPress core blocks and the Site Editor only, with no required plugins.
How do I change the colours?
Open Appearance → Editor → Styles and pick one of the four colour styles, or set your own brand colour. See Colours and branding.
Will my homepage change when I activate the theme?
Not if your site uses a static homepage (Settings → Reading): the theme keeps it. With Pro you can insert the theme’s Home page pattern into it.
Joomla templates
Which Joomla versions are supported?
The rebuilt templates support Joomla 6 (latest version), with PHP 8.3 or newer. 20 templates are not rebuilt yet: a rebuilt Joomla 6 version of each is coming. See Getting started.
Template package or quickstart: which do I need?
Use the quickstart package for a new site that looks like the demo (it installs Joomla, the template, the extensions and the demo content together; it comes with the Pro editions). Use the template package (in every edition, and the only package in Free) to add the template to a site you already have. See Quickstart.
Where are the template settings?
In System → Site Template Styles: open the template’s style and click Template Options. See Template settings.
How do I remove the footer copyright?
Pro editions may remove or replace it. See Copyright and credits.
