“This block contains unexpected or invalid content”

The block’s HTML was edited by hand or by an AI. Click the block and choose Attempt recovery. With the Pro Unlimited AI kit, run python3 tools/check-theme.py: it names the file and line.

I changed a theme file but nothing changed on the site

Templates and parts edited in the Site Editor are saved in the database and override the files. Open the template or part in Appearance → Editor and reset it to the theme version.

The menu shows all my pages

No menu has been created yet. Open Appearance → Editor → Navigation and build your menu.

My homepage did not change after activating

Your site uses a static homepage (Settings → Reading), and the theme keeps it on purpose. With Pro, insert the Home page pattern into that page.

With Pro Standard or Pro Unlimited, yes (see Using Pro). The Free licence requires the credit to stay.

How do I update?

Upload the new .zip in Appearance → Themes → Add New Theme → Upload Theme and choose Replace current with uploaded. See Getting started.

Fonts look different from the demo

The fonts are bundled with the theme. If your site shows a different font, a caching or optimisation plugin may be removing or combining the theme’s font files: clear its cache, or exclude the theme’s assets/fonts folder.

A Pro update is not offered

Check Appearance → Licence: the key must be active and, for Pro Standard, inside its year of updates. You can always download the latest zip from your account.

Where do I get help?

Ask AI about this page

Ask in your own words. The assistant answers from these docs and links the sections it used.
